【摘要】：伴隨著現(xiàn)代人力資源管理理論與技術的不斷創(chuàng)新,不論從現(xiàn)代審計功能拓展的觀點來看,還是從完善企業(yè)決策過程的方向來看,人力資源審計理論及方法已經(jīng)成為當代審計理論與方法中值得研究的方向。本文對西方人力資源審計流程中應包括的參數(shù)及主要層次設計進行了較為全面的介紹,在此基礎上,結合我國人力資源管理發(fā)展的實際情況,對完善我國人力資源審計實務工作提出了可行性建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous innovation of modern human resource management theory and technology, not only from the perspective of the expansion of modern audit function, but also from the direction of improving the decision-making process of enterprises. The theory and method of human resource audit have become the research direction of contemporary audit theory and method. This paper gives a comprehensive introduction to the parameters and main levels of the human resources audit process in the West. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of the development of human resources management in China, Put forward the feasible suggestion to consummate our country human resources audit practice work.
