【摘要】：本文以高等院校財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算執(zhí)行和決算審計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系改進(jìn)為研究對(duì)象,分析高校財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)決算審計(jì)主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的特點(diǎn)及其存在的弊端和問題,并提出有針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)意見,進(jìn)而提出建立一套針對(duì)高等院校財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)決算審計(jì)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為現(xiàn)階段和未來高校財(cái)務(wù)管理提供理論參考和方法指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the improvement of financial budget execution and final accounts audit evaluation system as the research object, analyzes the characteristics, disadvantages and problems of the main evaluation indexes of financial budget audit in colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. Furthermore, this paper puts forward a set of evaluation index system for the audit of financial budget and final accounts in colleges and universities, which provides theoretical reference and method guidance for the present and future financial management of colleges and universities.
