【摘要】：綠色發(fā)展蘊(yùn)含著生態(tài)問(wèn)題的倫理反思,同時(shí)又離不開(kāi)科技創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力作用。當(dāng)代環(huán)境問(wèn)題大多是以科技作為工具產(chǎn)生的,但其實(shí)質(zhì)是價(jià)值取向問(wèn)題,需從觀念上和實(shí)踐中反思科技的環(huán)境負(fù)效應(yīng)的根源�？萍紝�(shí)踐使人與自然的關(guān)系從樸素的統(tǒng)一變?yōu)榫o張的對(duì)立。人利用科技過(guò)度開(kāi)發(fā)自然,造成生態(tài)價(jià)值及其可持續(xù)性降低,科技對(duì)于自然的操縱也轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷?duì)人的操縱,既侵害了他者的環(huán)境利益,也破壞了人類(lèi)后代與其他生物的生存環(huán)境,從而需要通過(guò)倫理對(duì)科技動(dòng)力加以合理引導(dǎo),進(jìn)而形成在綠色發(fā)展道路中科技倫理的三重維度,即建構(gòu)科技的生態(tài)倫理精神、樹(shù)立和諧與統(tǒng)一的生態(tài)倫理規(guī)范以及對(duì)科技效應(yīng)抑惡揚(yáng)善。
[Abstract]:Green development contains the ethical reflection of ecological problems, and at the same time, it can not be separated from the motive force of scientific and technological innovation. Most of the contemporary environmental problems are produced by science and technology as a tool, but its essence is a value-oriented problem. It is necessary to reflect on the root of the negative environmental effects of science and technology from the concept and practice. The practice of science and technology changes the relationship between man and nature from simple unity to tense opposition. The excessive exploitation of nature by human science and technology results in the decrease of ecological value and its sustainability, and the manipulation of nature by science and technology is also transformed into manipulation of human beings, which not only infringes on the environmental interests of the other, but also destroys the living environment of future generations of human beings and other creatures. Therefore, it is necessary to guide the motive force of science and technology reasonably through ethics, and then form the three dimensions of scientific and technological ethics in the road of green development, that is, to construct the ecological ethical spirit of science and technology. Establish harmonious and unified ecological ethical norms and inhibit evil and promote good to the effect of science and technology.
