【摘要】：基于雙重結(jié)構(gòu)視角,利用2000~2013年間資金流量表,對(duì)中國(guó)中等收入階段國(guó)民收入初次分配格局演化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行研究,得到以下結(jié)論:(1)原有資金流量表低估了企業(yè)在國(guó)民收入初次分配比重,高估了政府和住戶初次分配占比;(2)2000~2013年期間,居民收入占比下降幅度并不顯著,政府而不是企業(yè)擠占了住戶部門在國(guó)民收入分配中的比重;(3)在分析期間中國(guó)勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬占比先下降再上升,整體上呈現(xiàn)出U型演化特征。最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)論給出了相應(yīng)政策建議。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of dual structure, this paper studies the evolution trend of the initial distribution pattern of national income in the middle income stage of China by using the fund flow table from 2000 to 2013. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the original capital flow statement underestimates the proportion of enterprises in the initial distribution of national income, overestimates the proportion of the initial distribution between the government and households; (2) from 2000 to 2013, the proportion of residents' income declined insignificantly, and the government, not the enterprises, crowded out the proportion of household sector in the distribution of national income; (3) during the period of analysis, the proportion of labor compensation in China first decreased and then increased, showing a U-type evolution on the whole. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, the corresponding policy recommendations are given.
