【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的大背景下，外商直接投資在世界經(jīng)濟中扮演著至關(guān)重要的角色，對東道國特別是發(fā)展中國家的經(jīng)濟增長具有重要意義。在外國直接投資的規(guī)模不斷擴大的前提下，，如何利用好外商直接投資、規(guī)避其負(fù)面影響、引進(jìn)高質(zhì)量的外商直接投資仍然是現(xiàn)實問題，論文研究的最終目的就是解決山東省在引入外商直接投資過程中出現(xiàn)的一系列問題，使外商直接投資更好的為山東省的經(jīng)濟增長做出貢獻(xiàn)。 論文的研究方法主要包括：文獻(xiàn)研究法，根據(jù)論文的研究目的，本論文是通過查找大量文獻(xiàn)來獲取相應(yīng)資料的，通過這一方法可以比較全面的獲得研究問題的歷史和現(xiàn)狀，從而了解研究對象的全貌；理論分析法，相關(guān)理論研究是論文順利展開分析的基礎(chǔ)，只有正確的理論指導(dǎo)才會得出正確的結(jié)論；實證分析法，利用最新數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的實證分析，可以獲得對研究對象全新認(rèn)識；比較分析法，主要包括縱向比較，即分析比較在不同的歷史時期，山東省外商直接投資對經(jīng)濟增長的影響所呈現(xiàn)出的不同特征，橫向比較，即分析比較外國特別是利用外資比較成功的國家在引資過程中所采取的有效措施，通過全面分析比較發(fā)現(xiàn)問題所在；最后通過經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法，歸納與分析國內(nèi)外的經(jīng)驗，最終為山東省如何引入高質(zhì)量外資提出切實可行的政策建議。 本文對外商直接投資對經(jīng)濟增長影響的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了較清晰地分析，并利用1984年-2012年的數(shù)據(jù)對外商直接投資的一些狀況和問題進(jìn)行了剖析，分析出了當(dāng)?shù)卦谟行褂猛馍讨苯油顿Y方面存在的問題。本論文所得出的最終結(jié)論包括： 第一、外商直接投資的增加有助于山東省實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟增長的飛躍性發(fā)展，這主要表現(xiàn)在外商直接投資流入的增加對于山東省生產(chǎn)總值增長直接影響上，以及通過拉動經(jīng)濟增長的三駕馬車的間接影響上。 第二、外商直接投資的流入解決了山東省在快速發(fā)展過程中面臨的資金不足的問題，其對本地區(qū)投資的擠出效應(yīng)較小，總體上帶來了更多投資。 第三、外商直接投資在山東省出口貿(mào)易方面起到了重要作用。外資的流入一方面帶動了出口額的增加，另一方面能夠在一定程度上改善山東省的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)。 第四、外商直接投資主要通過促進(jìn)山東省的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、提高人們的收入水平以及完善消費品市場，提高了山東省的消費水平。 第五、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的制造業(yè)在吸引外商直接投資方面占據(jù)了絕對的優(yōu)勢，而第一產(chǎn)業(yè)和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)在吸收外商直接投資方面的能力較弱。 最后，根據(jù)以上分析所得到的結(jié)論，并結(jié)合山東省再利用外商直接投資方面的情況提出了相應(yīng)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a vital role in the world economy and plays an important role in the economic growth of host countries, especially developing countries. Under the premise of increasing the scale of foreign direct investment, how to make good use of foreign direct investment, to avoid its negative effects, and to introduce high-quality foreign direct investment is still a realistic problem. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to solve a series of problems in the process of introducing foreign direct investment (FDI) in Shandong Province, so that FDI can contribute to the economic growth of Shandong Province better. The research methods of this paper mainly include: literature research method, according to the research purpose of the paper, this paper obtains the corresponding data by looking up a large number of documents, through this method, we can obtain the history and the present situation of the research problem in a more comprehensive way. In order to understand the overall picture of the object of study; Theoretical analysis, related theoretical research is the basis for the smooth development of the paper analysis, only the correct theoretical guidance will lead to the correct conclusion; Empirical analysis, using the latest data for empirical analysis, can obtain a new understanding of the research object; Comparative analysis mainly includes vertical comparison, that is, analysis and comparison of different characteristics of the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth in different historical periods in Shandong Province, horizontal comparison. That is, to analyze and compare the effective measures taken by foreign countries, especially those countries that have made use of foreign capital successfully, to find out the problems through comprehensive analysis and comparison. Finally, through the experience summary method, summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign experience, finally puts forward the feasible policy suggestion for Shandong Province how to introduce the high quality foreign capital. This paper makes a clear analysis of the development process of the influence of foreign direct investment on economic growth, and analyzes the status and problems of foreign direct investment by using the data from 1984 to 2012. The problems existing in the effective use of foreign direct investment (FDI) are analyzed. The final conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the increase of foreign direct investment contributes to the rapid development of economic growth in Shandong Province. This is mainly reflected in the direct impact of the increase of FDI inflows on the GDP growth of Shandong Province and the indirect influence of the troika on economic growth. Second, the inflow of foreign direct investment solves the problem of capital shortage in the rapid development of Shandong Province. Third, FDI plays an important role in Shandong export trade. On the one hand, the inflow of foreign capital leads to the increase of export volume, on the other hand, it can improve the export commodity structure of Shandong Province to some extent. Fourth, foreign direct investment (FDI) improves the consumption level of Shandong Province mainly by promoting the economic development of Shandong Province, raising people's income level and perfecting the consumer goods market. Fifthly, the manufacturing industry of the second industry occupies an absolute advantage in attracting foreign direct investment, but the ability of the primary industry and the third industry in absorbing foreign direct investment is weak. Finally, according to the conclusion of the above analysis, and combined with the situation of reusing foreign direct investment in Shandong Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
