【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)是指一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中各產(chǎn)業(yè)的構(gòu)成及各產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的聯(lián)系和比例關(guān)系。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不是一成不變的，是隨著形勢(shì)、時(shí)間等因素的變化而變化的。保持合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速健康發(fā)展具有決定性的意義。 本文以路南區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象，運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論，在把握宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)走勢(shì)的前提下，科學(xué)分析路南區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，找出經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生原因，依托路南區(qū)的資源稟賦、區(qū)位特征、產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)成、效益狀況、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ葪l件，，著眼于實(shí)現(xiàn)路南區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速健康發(fā)展，研究確定路南區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的指導(dǎo)思想、應(yīng)該遵循的原則、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、總體布局等內(nèi)容。以此為前提，確定了為實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，必須加速產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方向和“全面提升第三產(chǎn)業(yè)，鞏固壯大第二產(chǎn)業(yè)，精細(xì)發(fā)展第一產(chǎn)業(yè)”的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整路徑，進(jìn)而確定發(fā)展重點(diǎn)，并有針對(duì)性地提出對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial structure refers to the composition of each industry and the relation and proportion of each industry in the national economy of a country or region. Industrial structure is not fixed, is with the situation, time and other factors change. Maintaining a reasonable industrial structure is of decisive significance to the sustained, rapid and healthy development of regional economy. Based on the theory of industrial structure, this paper scientifically analyzes the present situation of economic development in Lunan District, and finds out the existing problems and causes in the process of economic development, based on the theory of industrial structure, and on the premise of grasping the trend of macro-economy, this paper makes a scientific analysis of the present situation of economic development in Lu-nan District. Relying on the resource endowment, location characteristics, industrial composition, benefit status, development potential and other conditions of the southern district, with a view to realizing the sustained, rapid and healthy economic development of the southern district, the guiding ideology of industrial structure adjustment in the southern district is studied and determined. Principles to be followed, strategic objectives, overall layout and so on. In order to realize the strategic goal of regional economic development, it is necessary to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure, realize the direction of industrial structure adjustment of industrial upgrading and "promote the tertiary industry in an all-round way, consolidate and strengthen the secondary industry". The industrial structure adjustment path of developing the primary industry finely, and then confirm the development key point, and put forward the countermeasure and suggestion pertinently.
