【摘要】：為揭示創(chuàng)新主體技術(shù)引入與技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的協(xié)同效應(yīng)及創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響因素與演化規(guī)律,基于國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究成果,通過(guò)構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制,改進(jìn)技術(shù)擴(kuò)散函數(shù),并以是否進(jìn)行技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)為依據(jù),分為兩個(gè)階段對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程進(jìn)行模擬仿真,以探究創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中技術(shù)引入與開(kāi)發(fā)的協(xié)同發(fā)展過(guò)程。研究表明,在特定的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效在一定時(shí)期后會(huì)趨于穩(wěn)定,同時(shí),技術(shù)引入與技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)能夠協(xié)同提升網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體技術(shù)水平,兩者的比例關(guān)系存在相對(duì)有效值,并隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)中技術(shù)水平的提升呈倒U型狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the synergistic effect of technology introduction and technology development and the influencing factors and evolution rules of innovation network technology innovation performance, based on the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper constructs the technology innovation mechanism under the network environment. Based on the improvement of technology diffusion function and based on whether or not to develop technology, the process of technology innovation is simulated and simulated in two stages to explore the cooperative development process of technology introduction and development in innovation network. The results show that the performance of technological innovation tends to be stable after a certain period of time under a specific network environment. Meanwhile, technology introduction and technology development can improve the overall technology level of the network in cooperation, and there is a relative effective value in the ratio between the two. And with the upgrading of the technology level in the network, the status of inverted U-shaped.
