【摘要】：文章首先測算了2000—2015年期間高等教育對江西經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)率,并將其與全國平均水平進(jìn)行對比;實證檢驗高等教育對江西經(jīng)濟長、短期增長效應(yīng)的具體影響。結(jié)果表明:江西省高等教育資源流失現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,高等教育對江西經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)率不僅遠(yuǎn)低于全國平均水平,而且更不穩(wěn)定。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):發(fā)展高等教育對江西經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的長期增長效應(yīng)尚不明顯,但它通過拉動消費、提高固定資產(chǎn)投資而促進(jìn)江西經(jīng)濟的短期發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper first calculates the contribution rate of higher education to Jiangxi's economic development from 2000 to 2015, and compares it with the national average, and empirically tests the concrete effect of higher education on Jiangxi's economic growth in the long and short term. The results show that the loss of higher education resources in Jiangxi Province is serious, and the contribution rate of higher education to the economic development of Jiangxi Province is not only far lower than the national average level, but also more unstable. It is found that the long-term effect of developing higher education on Jiangxi's economic development is not obvious, but it promotes the short-term development of Jiangxi's economy by stimulating consumption and increasing investment in fixed assets.
