【摘要】：基于區(qū)域科技資源集聚與共生理論的適切性,運(yùn)用Logistic方程構(gòu)建區(qū)域內(nèi)企業(yè)和高校協(xié)同合作科技資源集聚模型,揭示區(qū)域科技資源集聚的微觀機(jī)理�；诖�,對(duì)黑龍江省科技資源集聚的阻隔進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并給出疏解策略。通過(guò)揭示區(qū)域科技資源集聚的微觀機(jī)理,為地方政府提升區(qū)域科技資源集聚水平提供了決策支持,從而有利于地方政府更好地促進(jìn)企業(yè)和高校兩大核心集聚體的協(xié)同共生,以此促進(jìn)區(qū)域科技資源集聚能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Based on the appropriateness of the theory of regional scientific and technological resources agglomeration and symbiosis, the Logistic equation is used to construct the cooperative scientific and technological resources agglomeration model between enterprises and universities in the region, and to reveal the micro mechanism of regional scientific and technological resources agglomeration. Based on this, this paper makes an empirical study on the barrier of the agglomeration of science and technology resources in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward some strategies. By revealing the micro mechanism of regional scientific and technological resource agglomeration, it provides decision support for local government to improve the level of regional sci-tech resource agglomeration, which is helpful for local government to promote the cooperation and symbiosis between enterprises and universities. In order to promote regional scientific and technological resources agglomeration ability.
