中國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】：產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作是國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分,對(duì)于促進(jìn)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)意義重大。通過對(duì)世界主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作政策的梳理,總結(jié)中國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要問題,提出將"產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作"政策提升為國(guó)策、設(shè)立國(guó)家產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)作創(chuàng)新委員會(huì)、制定國(guó)家《產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作促進(jìn)法》,提高中國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作國(guó)際化水平等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The cooperation of industry, university and research is an important part of the national innovation system, which is of great significance for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading. Through combing the industrial, academic and research cooperation policies of the major developed countries in the world, this paper summarizes the current situation and main problems of the development of industrial, academic and research cooperation in China, and proposes to promote the policy of "industry, college and research cooperation" to the national policy, and to set up the National Industry, Learning and Research Cooperation and Innovation Committee. To formulate the National Law on the Promotion of Industrial, academic and Research Cooperation, and to improve the internationalization level of China's Industry-University-Research Cooperation.
