【摘要】：利用土地市場出讓指標測度了2003——2013年我國省級土地市場化程度,采用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型和動態(tài)面板模型實證分析了土地市場化程度對經濟發(fā)展水平的影響。研究表明:土地市場化程度與經濟發(fā)展水平之間呈倒U型關系,大部分省份還未達到或者遠低于拐點值,土地市場化改革促進經濟增長的動力仍可持續(xù)。
[Abstract]:This paper measures the degree of provincial land marketization in China from 2003 to 2013 by using the land market transfer index, and empirically analyzes the influence of land marketization on the economic development level by using panel data model and dynamic panel model. The research shows that the relationship between land marketization degree and economic development level is inversely U-shaped, most provinces have not reached or far below the inflection point, and the motive force of land marketization reform to promote economic growth is still sustainable.
