【摘要】：發(fā)展產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,是我國實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、增強我國自主創(chuàng)新能力、實現(xiàn)我國建設創(chuàng)新型國家目標的必然要求,是進一步推進我國國家創(chuàng)新體系建設的重要突破口。對高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型人才進行培養(yǎng),將為我國建設創(chuàng)新型國家,提供充分的人力支撐和智力保障,因此,它既是我國實現(xiàn)人才強國目標的題中應有之意,也是提高我國自主創(chuàng)新能力的關鍵所在。產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟既可以使參與其中的各方獲得巨大利益,同時也對創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)具有巨大的推動作用。本文在把握產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟及創(chuàng)新型人才的相關理論的基礎之上,對比了我國與美國、英國、日本、德國四個典型發(fā)達國家的產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)模式,構建了產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)評價指標體系,并通過調(diào)查問卷法和灰色關聯(lián)分析法進行了實證分析,找出了產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟各個影響因素對于創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)影響力的大小。通過對比研究和實證分析的結果,以及深入查找我國產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)中存在的突出問題及其深層次原因,最后對于我國的產(chǎn)學研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)模式,提出了切實可行的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:It is also the key to improve the ability of independent innovation in our country. The strategic alliance of industry, university and research can not only make the parties involved obtain great benefits, but also promote the cultivation of innovative talents. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of innovative talents training in the strategic alliance of industry, college and research, and makes an empirical analysis by questionnaire and grey relational analysis. Find out the influence of the strategic alliance of industry, college and research on the cultivation of innovative talents. Some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
