【摘要】：基于CLASS調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、家庭消費(fèi)水平和代際經(jīng)濟(jì)支持三個(gè)家庭因素出發(fā),探討了影響城市老年人經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的家庭因素。家庭結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)城市老年人經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)參與的作用非常微弱;家庭消費(fèi)水平并不能顯著促進(jìn)城市老年人的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)參與率;獲得子女經(jīng)濟(jì)支持顯著降低城市老年人經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)參與率,給予子女代際經(jīng)濟(jì)支持顯著提高城市老年人經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的參與率。說(shuō)明家庭是城市老年人福利的載體,建議出臺(tái)家庭友好型福利政策,通過(guò)增進(jìn)老年人家庭子女的就業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入等福利來(lái)增進(jìn)老年人個(gè)體的福利水平,讓老年人參與經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)主要是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of class survey, this paper discusses the family factors that affect the economic activities of the elderly in urban areas from three family factors: family structure, household consumption level and intergenerational economic support. The effect of family structure on the economic activity participation of the urban elderly is very weak; the level of household consumption does not significantly promote the economic activity participation rate of the urban elderly; obtaining economic support from their children significantly reduces the economic activity participation rate of the urban elderly. Providing intergenerational economic support to children significantly increased the participation rate of the urban elderly in economic activities. Explaining that family is the carrier of urban elderly welfare, it is suggested that a family-friendly welfare policy should be introduced to enhance the welfare level of the elderly individual by enhancing the employment and economic income of the children of the elderly family. The main purpose of engaging the elderly in economic activities is to achieve self-worth.
