【摘要】：金融是資金供給者和資金需求者之間的橋梁,為提高資金使用效率、節(jié)省資金融通成本起到了不可替代的作用。在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級中在資金的聚集和配置方面扮演著不可替代的角色,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和升級離不開金融的支持作用。當(dāng)前河北省經(jīng)濟正處在發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,為了實現(xiàn)河北省經(jīng)濟又好又快發(fā)展、提高河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,推動河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級是其必經(jīng)之路。本篇論文是以金融發(fā)展對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的支持作用作為研究對象。其以經(jīng)濟學(xué)基本理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了金融市場對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級產(chǎn)生支持作用的機理,探討了在金融支持下河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的現(xiàn)狀,并實證分析了河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級中金融發(fā)展的支持作用。 首先在理論層面,對金融支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的作用機理進行了分析。從分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級需求與金融供給出發(fā),發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)在從低級向高級演化的過程中,各個階段對資金的需求量和方式都有個各自的特點。反過來在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整演化的各個階段都受到金融供給的影響。在利用經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論基本原理論證了金融支持產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的一般機理后,又具體分析了金融市場中直接融資市場和間接融資市場支持產(chǎn)業(yè)演化的作用機理。 其次,通過搜集河北省相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),考察河北省的具體情況,對河北省的金融發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)機構(gòu)升級的作用作出了詳細的研究。通過對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)：盡管自1978年以來河北省的經(jīng)濟得到了快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的層次得到了很大的提高,但是與周圍較發(fā)達的省市以及全國相比,其第一產(chǎn)業(yè)占比較高、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重偏低,產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整的速度緩慢,產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化后勁不足等等；河北省金融市場總量偏低,對產(chǎn)業(yè)資本的支持主要源于間接融資市場,證券化程度較低,金融市場對產(chǎn)業(yè)投資的作用也不太明顯。 最后對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級中金融發(fā)展的支持作用進行了實證分析。結(jié)果證明：河北省金融市場的發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級之間存在著因果關(guān)系；河北省金融發(fā)展對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的支持作用主要以信貸市場資本貢獻為主。而以股票市場為代表的直接融資的支持作用相對較小。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合河北省的具體情況,針對進一步發(fā)揮金融發(fā)展對河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的支持作用提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:Finance is a bridge between the supplier of funds and the demand for funds. It plays an irreplaceable role in improving the efficiency of capital use and saving the cost of financing. It plays an irreplaceable role in the accumulation and allocation of funds in the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure, and the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure can not be separated from the supporting role of the finance. The economy of former Hebei province is in the key period of development. In order to realize the economic and rapid development of Hebei Province, it is necessary to improve the industrial competitiveness of Hebei province and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of Hebei province. This paper is based on the support function of financial development to the adjustment of the industrial structure of Hebei province. On the basis of theory, this paper analyzes the mechanism of financial market supporting the upgrading of industrial structure, discusses the current situation of the adjustment of industrial structure in Hebei Province under financial support, and empirically analyses the supporting role of financial development in the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei province.
The mechanism of the upgrading of the financial support industry structure is analyzed at the theoretical level. From the analysis of the upgrading demand and financial supply of the industrial structure, it is found that the industrial structure has its own characteristics in each stage of the demand and mode of capital in the process of the evolution from the low level to the advanced level. In turn, the industrial structure is adjusted. After using the basic principles of economic theory to demonstrate the general mechanism of financial support industrial structure adjustment, the mechanism of direct financing market and indirect financing market support industry evolution in financial market is analyzed.
Secondly, through the collection of relevant data in Hebei Province, the specific situation of Hebei province is investigated, and the role of financial development in Hebei province has been studied in detail. Through the analysis of relevant data, it is found that although the economy of Hebei province has been developed rapidly since 1978, the level of industrial structure has been greatly improved. But compared with the more developed provinces and cities and the whole country, its first industry is high, the proportion of the third industry is low, the speed of industrial adjustment is slow, the industrial optimization is insufficient, and so on. The total amount of the financial market in Hebei is low, the support for industrial capital is mainly derived from the indirect financial market, the degree of securitization is low, and the financial market is to the industry. The role of investment is not so obvious.
Finally, the empirical analysis of the supporting role of financial development in the industrial structure upgrading of Hebei province shows that there is a causal relationship between the development of the financial market and the upgrading of the industrial structure in Hebei province; the supporting role of the financial development of Hebei Province on the upgrading of the industrial structure is mainly based on the contribution of the credit market capital. The supporting role of the representative direct financing is relatively small. According to the results of the analysis, combined with the specific situation of Hebei Province, the policy suggestions are put forward to further play the role of financial development in supporting the upgrading of industrial structure in Hebei province.
