【摘要】：崛起戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以來,中部地區(qū)發(fā)展速度明顯加快。當(dāng)前,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),東部地區(qū)將長期進(jìn)入結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移階段,對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的拉動作用會減緩,西部生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱,中部地區(qū)的持續(xù)崛起有助于保持我國經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)快速增長,增強(qiáng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)協(xié)同發(fā)展水平,緩解東西部人口和環(huán)境壓力。新規(guī)劃對中部地區(qū)"一中心四區(qū)"的定位,進(jìn)一步提升了中部地區(qū)的位勢。中部地區(qū)應(yīng)以新型城鎮(zhèn)化和新型工業(yè)化為抓手,加強(qiáng)自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)和生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)。中部省區(qū)之間應(yīng)重視人才戰(zhàn)略,加強(qiáng)改革與創(chuàng)新,實(shí)施省區(qū)聯(lián)動發(fā)展,避免同質(zhì)競爭,共同加速中部崛起。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the rising strategy, the speed of development in the central region has obviously accelerated. At present, the economic development of our country has entered a new normal, and the eastern region will enter the stage of structural adjustment and upgrading and industrial transfer for a long time, which will slow down the pull effect on the economic development of our country, and the ecological environment in the west will be fragile. The sustained rise of the central region will help to maintain the steady and rapid economic growth of our country, strengthen the level of coordinated and coordinated development of our country's economic regions, and alleviate the population and environmental pressure in the eastern and western regions. The position of "one center and four districts" in the central region is further enhanced by the new plan. The central region should take the new urbanization and new industrialization as the starting point, strengthen the free trade experimental area and the ecological environment construction. We should pay attention to the talent strategy, strengthen the reform and innovation, carry out the linkage development between the provinces and regions, avoid the homogenous competition, and accelerate the rise of the central region together.
