【摘要】：美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)基金會(huì)于2006年設(shè)立了科技政策學(xué)研究計(jì)劃(SciSIP),經(jīng)過(guò)十多年發(fā)展,在數(shù)據(jù)與方法研究以及共同體建設(shè)方面取得了重要進(jìn)展。聚焦于SciSIP計(jì)劃及其歷年項(xiàng)目成果,對(duì)SciSIP計(jì)劃發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行總結(jié),對(duì)SciSIP計(jì)劃的研究成果和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析,以期為中國(guó)推進(jìn)科技政策學(xué)研究及"科技政策學(xué)"這一新興學(xué)科建設(shè)提供建議。
[Abstract]:The National Science Foundation of the United States established the Science and Technology Policy Research Program in 2006. After more than a decade of development, it has made important progress in data and methodological research and community building. Focusing on the SciSIP program and its past project achievements, this paper summarizes the development of the SciSIP program, and analyzes the research results and challenges faced by the SciSIP program. In order to promote the science and technology policy research and the science and technology policy science this new discipline construction provides the suggestion for China.
