【摘要】：文章主要探究改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)縣市級(jí)行政單位改革(即"撤縣設(shè)區(qū)"政策)對(duì)改革地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。采用1997—2014年長(zhǎng)江流域192個(gè)縣級(jí)市的統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù)。使用了PSM核匹配下的雙差分方法分析縣改區(qū)政策對(duì)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響。回歸結(jié)果顯示"縣改區(qū)"政策確實(shí)能夠給縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)注入活力,并且通過(guò)研究隨著時(shí)間推移各大經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)政策實(shí)施時(shí)間越早,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)促進(jìn)作用越明顯,最后通過(guò)雙差分和PSM后的雙差分結(jié)果的對(duì)比,表明匹配的可行性和必要性。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly explores the influence of the reform of county and city administrative units on the economic development of reform areas since the reform and opening up. The statistical yearbook data of 192 county-level cities in the Yangtze River Valley from 1997 to 2014 were used. The double difference method based on PSM kernel matching is used to analyze the effect of county reform policy on county economy. The regression results show that the policy of "county reform and district" can indeed inject vitality into the county economy, and by studying the changing laws of the major economic indicators over time, it is found that the earlier the policy is implemented, the more obvious it is to promote the economy. Finally, the feasibility and necessity of matching are proved by comparing the results of double difference and double difference after PSM.
