【摘要】：東盟作為世界重要的區(qū)域性組織,在促進(jìn)東南亞經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部穩(wěn)定中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。中國一直將東盟視為周邊外交的優(yōu)先方向,堅定支持東盟一體化,促進(jìn)中國與東盟互利互惠合作。中國對東盟直接投資額近些年不斷提升,投資結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化,投資質(zhì)量也進(jìn)一步提升。中國從2010年開始進(jìn)入新常態(tài),國內(nèi)產(chǎn)能過剩,經(jīng)濟(jì)增速放緩,經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)亟待轉(zhuǎn)型,中國需要新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點。伴隨著“一帶一路”這一重大戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn)實施,中國對東盟直接投資將迎來新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,因此,研究“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略下中國對東盟直接投資的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展問題具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文以“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略下我國企業(yè)投資東盟的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)為研究主題,涉及研究的主要內(nèi)容包括:一是從對東盟直接投資規(guī)模、區(qū)域分布、投資行業(yè)、投資主體等方面多角度分析我國對東盟直接投資的現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)分析體現(xiàn)中國對東盟直接投資的特點和發(fā)展軌跡。二是從分析”一帶一路“戰(zhàn)略與東盟的關(guān)系,以及中國與東盟發(fā)展差異,東盟市場潛力和東盟資源分布等方面,深入挖掘中國企業(yè)在”一帶一路“戰(zhàn)略下對東盟直接投資面臨的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,三是從我國企業(yè)國際化人才缺失、東盟內(nèi)部投資環(huán)境、東盟各國對”一帶一路“戰(zhàn)略的疑慮等方面分析我國對東盟直接投資面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。四是通過運(yùn)用主成分分析法分析判究中國對東盟直接投資的效果和狀況,進(jìn)一步體現(xiàn)中國對東盟直接投資的潛力。五是在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出從增強(qiáng)合作共識,提高與東盟國家政治互信,以加強(qiáng)與東盟安全合作,降低投資風(fēng)險,依據(jù)投資潛力進(jìn)行差別化投資等方面,進(jìn)一步推動我國企業(yè)對東盟國家直接投資,以促進(jìn)我國企業(yè)借“一帶一路”之勢,更好地發(fā)展與東盟的直接投資。
[Abstract]:As an important regional organization in the world, ASEAN plays an irreplaceable role in promoting economic development in Southeast Asia and strengthening internal stability. China has always regarded ASEAN as the priority direction of the peripheral diplomacy, firmly supports ASEAN integration and promotes the mutual benefit and cooperation between China and ASEAN. China's direct investment to ASEAN has been continuously raised in recent years. L, further optimize the investment structure, investment quality is further enhanced. Chinese began to enter the new normal since 2010, domestic overcapacity, slowing economic growth, the economic structure transformation needs, Chinese needs a new economic growth point.
