【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平綜合分析世界經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)周期和我國(guó)發(fā)展階段性特征及其相互作用,作出了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài)的重大判斷。以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央,順應(yīng)認(rèn)識(shí)、把握、引領(lǐng)新常態(tài)的客觀要求,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)工作的理念、思路、著力點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了重要調(diào)整,形成以新發(fā)展理念為指導(dǎo)、以供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為主線的政策框架。實(shí)踐證明,以新發(fā)展理念為指導(dǎo)、以供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革為主線的政策框架,對(duì)指導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟(jì)工作發(fā)揮了重要作用。習(xí)近平牢牢把握?qǐng)?jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的重大原則,形成和總結(jié)出我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐的一系列規(guī)律性成果,開拓了當(dāng)代中國(guó)馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的新境界。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Xi Jinping has comprehensively analyzed the characteristics of the long period of world economy and the stage of development of our country and their interaction, and has made an important judgment that the economic development of our country has entered the new normal state. The Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, conforms to the objective requirements of understanding, grasping and leading the new normal, and has made important adjustments to the concept, thinking, and focus of China's economic work, and has formed a new concept of development as its guide. A policy framework based on supply-side structural reforms. Practice has proved that the policy framework guided by the new development concept and the main line of supply-side structural reform plays an important role in guiding the economic work. Xi Jinping firmly grasps and adheres to the important principles of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, forms and summarizes a series of regular achievements of China's economic development practice, and opens up a new realm of contemporary Marxist political economy in China.
