【摘要】：2015年1月,中拉整體合作進(jìn)入機(jī)制化正式運行階段。從雙方政策意愿來看,中拉整體合作不僅具有充分的外生動力,而且存在充足的內(nèi)生動力。但作為"最后被納入中國跨地區(qū)合作戰(zhàn)略的地區(qū)",拉丁美洲在地緣政治環(huán)境、地區(qū)一體化等方面具有其明顯特性,這也對中國深化與該地區(qū)之間的合作提出了挑戰(zhàn)。本文旨在從學(xué)理上分析中拉整體合作的形成邏輯、發(fā)展動力,從多維度視角對中拉整體合作的現(xiàn)實挑戰(zhàn)做出客觀判斷,并以此為根據(jù),探索中短期中拉整體合作的政策思路。
[Abstract]:In January 2015, the overall cooperation between China and Latin America entered the formal operation phase of institutionalization. Judging from the policy will of both sides, the overall cooperation between China and Latin America has not only sufficient exogenous power, but also sufficient endogenous power. However, as "the region that was finally included in China's cross-regional cooperation strategy", Latin America has its obvious characteristics in geopolitical environment and regional integration, which also challenges the deepening of cooperation between China and the region. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the formation logic of the overall cooperation between China and Latin America, to develop the motive force, to make an objective judgment on the practical challenges of the overall cooperation between China and Latin America from a multi-dimensional perspective, and to explore the policy thinking of the overall cooperation between China and Latin America in the short and medium term.
