【摘要】："一帶一路"建設(shè)不僅在實(shí)踐上取得很大進(jìn)展,理論內(nèi)涵上也日益從模糊走向清晰。打造綠色絲綢之路、健康絲綢之路、智力絲綢之路、和平絲綢之路的理念進(jìn)一步明確了"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略建設(shè)總目標(biāo)、發(fā)展大方向。文本認(rèn)為,綠色絲綢之路包含著倡導(dǎo)環(huán)保、生態(tài)文明、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等內(nèi)涵;健康絲綢之路蘊(yùn)藏著以人為本、弘揚(yáng)中醫(yī)文化等內(nèi)涵;智力絲綢之路彰顯著人才興國(guó)、全方位創(chuàng)新、貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧等內(nèi)涵;和平絲綢之路融匯著相互依存、文化包容互鑒等內(nèi)涵。文本建議:通過(guò)扶持綠色產(chǎn)業(yè),大力發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì);加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生合作交流,參與全球公共衛(wèi)生事務(wù);著力突破核心技術(shù)、推進(jìn)全方位創(chuàng)新;構(gòu)建安全治理模式、深化安全合作機(jī)制等措施打造綠色、健康、智力、和平四大絲綢之路。文本認(rèn)為,綠色絲綢之路是目標(biāo)也是規(guī)則,健康絲綢之路是絲綢之路可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),智力絲綢之路是支撐與抓手,和平絲綢之路是保障。它們共同構(gòu)建了人類命運(yùn)共同體理念的基本框架。
[Abstract]:"The Belt and Road construction not only made great progress in practice, the theoretical connotation is from vague to clear. That green silk road. It contains the connotation of advocating environmental protection, ecological civilization and sustainable development. The healthy Silk Road contains the connotation of people-oriented and carrying forward the traditional Chinese medicine culture; the intellectual Silk Road highlights the connotation of talent prosperity, all-round innovation and contribution to Chinese wisdom; the peaceful Silk Road integrates the interdependence of the Silk Road and the connotation of cultural tolerance and mutual learning. We should hold green industry, vigorously develop green economy, strengthen cooperation and exchange of medical and health, participate in global public health affairs, focus on breaking through core technology, push forward all aspects of innovation, build safety management model and deepen security cooperation mechanism to create green, healthy, intellectual and peaceful four silk road. The text believes that green silk road is the goal. The healthy silk road is the basis of the sustainable development of the silk road. The intellectual silk road is the support and grasp of the Silk Road, and the peaceful silk road is the guarantee. They jointly build the basic framework of the idea of the human destiny community.
