【摘要】：科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的、動(dòng)態(tài)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng),其運(yùn)行效率與科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化主體特征和關(guān)系息息相關(guān)。比照自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng),科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化生態(tài)系統(tǒng)可衍生為兩個(gè)部分,其生命系統(tǒng)包含科技成果持有方、應(yīng)用方、成果轉(zhuǎn)化中介方,其生命支持系統(tǒng)由市場環(huán)境、法治環(huán)境、政策環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境等組成,成果轉(zhuǎn)化推動(dòng)方與生命系統(tǒng)中各個(gè)主體密切關(guān)聯(lián),又融入生命支持系統(tǒng)發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用。激發(fā)生產(chǎn)者的創(chuàng)新主動(dòng)性、提升消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)能力、增強(qiáng)分解者的分解作用,可以提升和完善各主體的生態(tài)功能;推動(dòng)各主體之間協(xié)同發(fā)展,通過主體關(guān)系優(yōu)化可提升系統(tǒng)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:The transformation system of scientific and technological achievements is a complex and dynamic ecosystem, and its operational efficiency is closely related to the main features and relations of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In contrast to natural ecosystems, the transformation ecosystem of scientific and technological achievements can be derived into two parts, the life system of which consists of the holder, the application and the intermediary of the scientific and technological achievements, and its life support system consists of the market environment, the legal environment, The policy environment, social environment and so on, the achievement transformation promoter is closely related with each main body in the life system, and integrates into the life support system to play its due role. Stimulating producers' initiative of innovation, enhancing consumer's consumption ability and enhancing decomposer's decomposition function can promote and perfect the ecological function of each main body, and promote the coordinated development among the main bodies. The system ecological development level can be improved by optimizing the subject relationship.
