人工智能時(shí)代的世界主義與中國

【摘要】:世界主義的核心是人的自由流動與公平正義。西方自由世界主義是一種以清晰的宗教文化為邊界的世界主義。作為新一輪的技術(shù)革命,人工智能對世界主義具有積極的推動作用。然而,在西方基督教思想的影響下,人工智能又為世界主義的實(shí)現(xiàn)帶來了全球性整合終結(jié)以及大公司壟斷的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。人工智能觀念具有悲觀的宿命論,因此,西方學(xué)者往往將人工智能的顛覆性影響視為末世論的另一種表現(xiàn)。從中國傳統(tǒng)出發(fā),我們應(yīng)當(dāng)倡導(dǎo)開放的世界主義,其中包含逐級推進(jìn)、多力共存、相互合作、自力更生等要素。中國學(xué)者需要對中國的傳統(tǒng)文化進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代性的轉(zhuǎn)化,將中華民族的文化財(cái)富帶進(jìn)人工智能時(shí)代,為人類的全球治理開辟新的可能。
[Abstract]:The core of cosmopolitanism is the free flow and justice of human beings. The western liberal cosmopolitanism is a cosmopolitanism with a clear religious culture. As a new round of technological revolution, artificial intelligence has a positive effect on cosmopolitanism. However, under the influence of Western Christian thought, artificial intelligence is the world owner. The realization of righteousness brings the risk of the end of global integration and the monopoly of large companies. The idea of artificial intelligence has a pessimistic fatalism, so the western scholars often regard the subversive influence of artificial intelligence as another manifestation of the last theory. From the Chinese tradition, we should advocate the open cosmopolitanism, which includes step by step advance. The Chinese scholars need to make a modern transformation of Chinese traditional culture, bring the cultural wealth of the Chinese nation into the era of artificial intelligence, and open up new possibilities for the global governance of human beings.
