【摘要】：近現(xiàn)代歷史上有過兩次全球化的嘗試,第一次是英國依靠其擁有的大量殖民地,在很大范圍內(nèi)推動過以英聯(lián)邦國家為核心的全球化,后來隨著殖民地的獨立而不了了之;二戰(zhàn)以后,美國依托雄厚的經(jīng)濟實力和海外霸權(quán),強行輸出自身的價值觀,希望相關(guān)國家在價值觀認同的基礎(chǔ)上自覺地與其形成緊密的經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系,最終實現(xiàn)全球化的目標(biāo),但也因不適合多數(shù)國家的國情而無果而終。而今中國推動的全球化,是希望延續(xù)古絲綢之路的傳統(tǒng),加強沿線國家間的經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系,特別是希望率先與周邊國家形成穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟共同體、命運共同體,來有序推進全球化的進程,這其中,中蒙俄經(jīng)濟走廊建設(shè)最具重要性與可能性。
[Abstract]:There have been two attempts to globalize in modern history. The first one was that Britain, relying on its large number of colonies, promoted the globalization with the Commonwealth as the core in a wide range, and later died down with the independence of the colonies.After World War II, the United States relied on its strong economic strength and overseas hegemony and forcibly exported its own values. It hoped that the countries concerned would consciously form close economic ties with them on the basis of their identity of values, and eventually realize the goal of globalization.But also because it is not suitable for the national conditions of most countries and failed to bear fruit.Today, China is promoting globalization in the hope of continuing the tradition of the ancient Silk Road and strengthening economic ties between the countries along the route, especially in the hope of taking the lead in forming a stable economic community and a community of destiny with neighboring countries.In order to promote the process of globalization, the construction of economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia is the most important and possible.
