【摘要】:新常態(tài)下中國特色社會主義市場經(jīng)濟正面臨供需錯配、增速下滑等發(fā)展矛盾,既需要供給側結構性改革來完成五大發(fā)展任務,也需要依托強大的內(nèi)需刺激來進行消化吸收,這些都將統(tǒng)一于五大發(fā)展理念之中。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)移動設備的逐步普及,網(wǎng)絡消費成為新的重要消費方式。另外,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為居民提供了便捷的消費信貸和投融資渠道,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的開放、共享、普惠的價值理念也逐漸被人們所接受,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融正在成為新經(jīng)濟時代推動內(nèi)需,刺激消費的重要力量。因此,探究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展對居民消費變化的影響具有重大現(xiàn)實意義。全文圍繞“現(xiàn)實-機理-實證-對策”的脈絡主線展開,試圖詳實地分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展對居民消費的影響。首先,通過現(xiàn)狀分析發(fā)現(xiàn),得益于國家政策的推動以及網(wǎng)絡基礎設施的普及,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融得到了快速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡消費規(guī)模也在不斷增大并逐漸成為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟時代的重要消費形式,是居民的重要消費方式之一。其次,本文從居民消費需求、消費心里以及消費方式等多維度,分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對居民消費的影響機理,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)工具、大數(shù)據(jù)分析、便捷的消費信貸模式提高了居民的當期消費傾向,能夠起到提高居民的消費意愿,平滑居民跨期消費水平的作用。再者,本文通過平滑轉移回歸模型和面板向量自回歸模型實證探究了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對居民消費的影響效果,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對居民的網(wǎng)絡消費存在非線性促進作用,對居民人均消費支出的影響十分顯著,與此同時,居民收入仍然是制約居民消費的主要因素。最后,基于本文的研究結論提出若干針對性的政策建議,以期能夠為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融健康發(fā)展,為提高居民消費起到建言獻策的作用,這一方面能為國家著力推動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融發(fā)展提供理論支撐,另一方面也能為激發(fā)居民消費需求,擴大內(nèi)需提供新的發(fā)展思路。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is facing development contradictions such as mismatch between supply and demand, declining growth rate, and so on. Both supply-side structural reforms are needed to complete the five major development tasks, and strong domestic demand stimulus is also needed for digestion and absorption.These will be unified in the five development concepts.With the gradual popularization of Internet mobile devices, network consumption has become a new important consumption mode.In addition, the innovative development of Internet finance has provided convenient consumer credit and investment and financing channels for residents. The value concept of opening up, sharing and universal access to Internet finance has been gradually accepted by people.Internet finance is becoming a new economic era to promote domestic demand, stimulate consumption of an important force.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the impact of Internet financial development on residents' consumption changes.This paper focuses on the main thread of "reality-mechanism-positivist-countermeasure", and tries to analyze the influence of internet financial development on residents' consumption in detail.First of all, through the analysis of the status quo, it is found that, thanks to the promotion of national policies and the popularization of network infrastructure, Internet finance has developed rapidly.Network consumption scale is also increasing and gradually becoming an important form of consumption in the era of Internet economy, is one of the most important consumption patterns of residents.Secondly, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of Internet finance on residents' consumption from the aspects of residents' consumption demand, consumption heart and consumption style. It can be found that Internet finance has the aid of Internet tools, big data has analyzed.The convenient consumption credit mode can improve the current consumption tendency of the residents, improve the residents' consumption intention and smooth the residents' intertemporal consumption level.Furthermore, this paper empirically explores the effect of Internet finance on residents' consumption through smooth transfer regression model and panel vector autoregressive model, and finds that Internet finance has nonlinear promoting effect on residents' network consumption.At the same time, the income of residents is still the main factor restricting the consumption of residents.Finally, based on the conclusions of this paper, some targeted policy recommendations are put forward in order to make suggestions for the healthy development of Internet finance and the improvement of residents' consumption.On the one hand, this can provide theoretical support for the national efforts to promote the development of Internet finance, on the other hand, it can also provide a new way of development for stimulating the consumption demand of residents and expanding domestic demand.
