【摘要】：改革開放以來，云南省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平均取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步，城鎮(zhèn)數(shù)量、人口、規(guī)模和生活方式都發(fā)生了巨大的變化，城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程不斷深化成為云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程的一個(gè)重要特征，經(jīng)濟(jì)方式轉(zhuǎn)變、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)、工業(yè)化等又成為云南省城鎮(zhèn)化演變的契機(jī)，研究?jī)烧叩年P(guān)系可以使城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展往更加協(xié)調(diào)的方向前進(jìn)。 本文以新城市經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)關(guān)于城鎮(zhèn)化和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)研究理論為依據(jù)，在利用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS和陳明星等的象限圖分析法的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用1989年、1999年、2009年、2011年的國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，橫向、縱向?qū)嵶C研究云南省城鎮(zhèn)化率與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平5個(gè)變量因子之間的相關(guān)性以及與全國(guó)平均水平的差距，分析的結(jié)果表明：一、從正負(fù)相關(guān)性分析，云南省16個(gè)市州中，僅有昆明、普洱、大理、迪慶四地的城鎮(zhèn)化水平與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平所有變量全部保持正相關(guān)；其他絕大部分地區(qū)均為負(fù)相關(guān)。從相關(guān)程度分析，高度相關(guān)的有包括普洱和臨滄在內(nèi)的云南省12個(gè)市州。二、云南省城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的空間差異。(1)2011年全省16個(gè)市州單元?jiǎng)澐譃?種類型：1個(gè)城鎮(zhèn)化中度超前型、7個(gè)城鎮(zhèn)化輕微超前型、2個(gè)基本協(xié)調(diào)型、3個(gè)城鎮(zhèn)化輕微滯后型、1個(gè)城鎮(zhèn)化中度滯后型和2個(gè)城鎮(zhèn)化嚴(yán)重滯后型。(2)在市州尺度上，城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平之間關(guān)系的區(qū)域差異較為明顯。云南省在不同區(qū)域上既有城鎮(zhèn)化水平滯后經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的市州，也存在城鎮(zhèn)化水平超前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的市州；且各市州之間滯后或超前的程度也有很大差異；只有較少的幾個(gè)市州的城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平關(guān)系屬于基本協(xié)調(diào)類型。(3)市州尺度上城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平關(guān)系呈明顯的南北差異格局。北部地區(qū)以城鎮(zhèn)化滯后經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平類型為主，如怒江、迪慶；而中、南地區(qū)則以城鎮(zhèn)化超前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為主，如昆明、普洱。得出兩個(gè)重要的啟示：①當(dāng)前云南省不少市州中的城鎮(zhèn)化超前現(xiàn)象值得關(guān)注和警惕。②北部地區(qū)部分市州的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程仍然需要大力加快發(fā)展。(4)城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平之間關(guān)系類似馬太效應(yīng)。從城鎮(zhèn)化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平之間關(guān)系及其空間格局看，在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較高的地區(qū)，，如中、南部地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程大多呈超前狀態(tài)；而在經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)，如北部城鎮(zhèn)化水平則更加滯后于其較低的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization process and the level of economic development in Yunnan Province have made great progress. The number, population, scale and lifestyle of cities and towns have all undergone tremendous changes.The continuous deepening of the urbanization process has become an important feature of the economic development process of Yunnan Province. The transformation of the economic mode, the upgrading of the industrial structure, the industrialization and so on have become the opportunities for the evolution of urbanization in Yunnan Province.The study of the relationship between the two can make urbanization and economic development move in a more coordinated direction.Based on the theories of new urban economics, development economics and new economic geography on urbanization and economic development, this paper makes use of the quadrant analysis method of statistical software SPSS and Chen Ming, etc.Using the national statistical data of 1989, 1999, 2009 and 2011, this paper empirically studies the correlation between urbanization rate and economic development level of Yunnan Province and the gap between the five variables and the national average. The results show that: 1.From the positive and negative correlation analysis, the urbanization level of Kunming, Pu'er, Dali and Diqing in 16 cities and prefectures of Yunnan Province maintained positive correlation with all the variables of economic development level, and negative correlation was found in most other regions.From the correlation analysis, there are 12 cities and prefectures of Yunnan Province including Pu'er and Lincang.II.Spatial difference between urbanization and Economic Development level in Yunnan Province in 2011, 16 prefectural units of Yunnan Province were divided into 6 types: 1 moderate urbanization, 7 slightly advanced urbanization, 2 basic coordination, and 3 slight urbanization lag.The latter type, 1 moderate lag type and 2 serious lag type) in the city and state scale,The regional difference between urbanization and economic development level is obvious.In different regions of Yunnan Province, there are not only the cities with the level of urbanization lagging behind the level of economic development, but also the prefectures with the level of urbanization leading to the level of economic development, and the degree of lag or advance among the different cities and states is also very different.Only a few city states belong to the basic coordination type of urbanization and economic development level.) on the scale of city state, the relationship between urbanization and economic development level is obviously different from north to south.The main types of economic development in the north are lagging urbanization, such as Nujiang and Diqing, while the central and southern regions are dominated by urbanization leading economic development, such as Kunming and Pu'er.Two important revelations: 1 at present, urbanization in many cities and prefectures in Yunnan Province is worthy of attention and vigilance .2. the urbanization process of some cities and states in the northern region still needs to be greatly accelerated.) urbanization and economic developmentThe relationship between exhibition levels is similar to the Matthew effect.From the perspective of the relationship between urbanization and the level of economic development and its spatial pattern, in the areas with higher economic development level, such as in the middle, the urbanization process in the southern region is mostly in a leading state, while in the economically underdeveloped areas, the process of urbanization is in a leading state.Such as the level of urbanization in the north is more lagging behind its lower level of economic development.
