【摘要】：近期中央召開了經(jīng)濟會議,在會議中提出了推進改革供給側結構性的意見。供給側結構性改革是我國新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,是國際金融危機后新形勢的主動選擇,推進供給側結構性改革是國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要。之前曾經(jīng)提出并且中央高層多次在不同的場合中提及了供給側改革,經(jīng)濟學界也廣泛關注這一新的表述,很多學者研究并且提出了關于供給側改革的意見和建議,這對本文研究供給側結構性改革的實質(zhì)、路徑、實現(xiàn)都有一定的影響和幫助。所以,本文將以以往關于供給側結構性改革研究理論為基礎,進一步分析改革的實質(zhì),并且就改革實施路徑和條件進行探討。
[Abstract]:Recently the central economic conference held at the meeting, and puts forward some opinions on the reform of the supply side structural. The supply side structural reform is the demand of China's new normal economic development, is the active choice to the new situation after the international financial crisis, promote the supply side structural reforms are needed in the development of the national economy. Previously proposed and central leaders repeatedly on different occasions mentioned in the supply side reforms, economists are widely concerned about this new formulation, and many scholars put forward on the supply side Reform Opinions and suggestions, the essence of this paper research the supply side structural reform implementation path, have a certain influence and help. So, this will be in the past on the supply side structural reform based on the theory, further analysis of the nature of the reform, and discusses the implementation of the reform path and conditions.
