【摘要】：區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新是新一代信息技術產業(yè)發(fā)展的重要推動力之一,研究兩者的協調關系及時空演變特征,對探討如何促進技術創(chuàng)新,加快產業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。在構建綜合評價指標體系基礎上,利用全局時序主成分分析法對我國八大經濟區(qū)(2004-2013年)技術創(chuàng)新能力與新一代信息技術產業(yè)發(fā)展水平進行系統分析,借助Geo Da空間分析軟件和協調度評價模型對兩者的協調發(fā)展關系、時空演變特征進行實證研究。結果表明:1我國區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新能力與新一代信息技術產業(yè)發(fā)展水平呈上升趨勢,兩者的高水平區(qū)集中在沿海地區(qū),呈線狀分布。自東向西即從東南沿海到西北內陸呈階梯型遞減趨勢;2我國區(qū)域技術創(chuàng)新能力與新一代信息技術產業(yè)發(fā)展的協調性不斷加強,高協調度區(qū)域主要分布在沿海和沿江地區(qū);3高協調度區(qū)域由點狀逐漸擴展為線狀和面狀。三大沿海地區(qū)及長江中游各省份協調度增長幅度較大,而黃河中游、大西南、大西北和東北地區(qū)也有所增長。
[Abstract]:Regional technological innovation is one of the important driving forces for the development of the new generation of information technology industry. This paper studies the coordination relationship between the two and the characteristics of space-time evolution, and probes into how to promote technological innovation. It is of great significance to accelerate the development of industry. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the technological innovation ability and the development level of the new generation of information technology industry in eight economic zones of China from 2004 to 2013 by using the global time series principal component analysis method. Using Geo Da spatial analysis software and coordination degree evaluation model to coordinate the development of the relationship between the two. The results show that the capability of regional technological innovation and the development level of the new generation of information technology industry in China are on the rise, and the high level areas of the two regions are concentrated in the coastal areas. From east to west, from the southeast coast to the northwest inland, there is a ladder decline trend. (2) the coordination between the regional technological innovation ability and the development of the new generation of information technology industry has been strengthened, and the high degree of coordination is mainly distributed in the coastal areas and along the Yangtze River; (3) the area of high degree of coordination gradually expanded from point shape to line shape and plane shape. The coordination degree of the three coastal areas and the provinces in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River increased greatly, while the middle reaches of the Yellow River, the southwest, the northwest and the northeast of the Yellow River also increased.
