【摘要】：經(jīng)過近30年的發(fā)展，臺(tái)商對(duì)大陸的投資取得長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。特別是2008年來，隨著國(guó)共兩黨、海峽兩岸“兩會(huì)”高層的不斷互動(dòng)，雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)合作有了新的發(fā)展，已從“民間、單向、間接”階段，向“直接、雙向、機(jī)制化、制度化”階段轉(zhuǎn)變。新形勢(shì)下，分析與把握臺(tái)商對(duì)大陸投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化情況及其原因等，對(duì)于促進(jìn)兩岸產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)兩地資源優(yōu)化配置無疑具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先主要對(duì)外商直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化相關(guān)研究和臺(tái)商大陸投資的研究等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述，接著重點(diǎn)分析、把握不同時(shí)期臺(tái)商大陸投資主要產(chǎn)業(yè)比較和主要產(chǎn)業(yè)在不同區(qū)域間變化情況比較，梳理出臺(tái)商大陸投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化趨勢(shì)，，繼而建立了臺(tái)商對(duì)大陸直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化問題的理論分析框架，然后對(duì)影響臺(tái)商大陸投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，據(jù)此提出促使臺(tái)商大陸投資更好發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)等方面的配套對(duì)策建議。主要結(jié)論： 臺(tái)商大陸投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇遵循產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)垂直貿(mào)易量基準(zhǔn)、結(jié)構(gòu)高度化同質(zhì)性基準(zhǔn)和產(chǎn)業(yè)組合區(qū)位比較優(yōu)勢(shì)基準(zhǔn)。臺(tái)商對(duì)大陸投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的原因主要有：島內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與大陸投資政策變化、大陸資源稟賦與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方式變化、大陸外商投資政策與兩岸關(guān)系變化。從資源稟賦、市場(chǎng)需求、技術(shù)水平和制度安排四個(gè)方面提出了臺(tái)商大陸投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的影響因素。 臺(tái)商大陸投資產(chǎn)業(yè)演變的趨勢(shì)從數(shù)量與結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量與趨勢(shì)和區(qū)域性變化三個(gè)角度可以概括為以下四點(diǎn)：制造業(yè)占比持續(xù)減少服務(wù)業(yè)占比持續(xù)增加、制造業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)趨于高級(jí)化、服務(wù)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)趨于高端化、同一產(chǎn)業(yè)不同區(qū)域間差異明顯。 實(shí)證部分使用1995年至2012年的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)臺(tái)商大陸直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化的影響因素進(jìn)行了因子分析和主成分分析相結(jié)合的方法。結(jié)果表明大陸的技術(shù)水平、大陸產(chǎn)業(yè)政策環(huán)境、臺(tái)灣地區(qū)執(zhí)政黨的交替、人力資本、資本水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、臺(tái)灣地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化等因素對(duì)臺(tái)商大陸投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演化有影響。 最后從臺(tái)灣和大陸兩個(gè)層面提出了促進(jìn)兩岸產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)兩地資源優(yōu)化配置的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:After nearly 30 years of development, has great development of Taiwanese investment in mainland. Especially in 2008, with the KMT, constant interaction across the Taiwan Strait "NPC and CPPCC" level, new progress has been made in bilateral economic cooperation, from the "folk, one-way, indirect" stage, "to direct, two-way, mechanism change, institutionalized stage. Under the new situation, the evolution of industrial structure analysis and grasp the situation of Taiwanese investment on the mainland and other reasons, to promote cross-strait industrial division and cooperation, to achieve both the optimal allocation of resources has important theoretical and practical significance.
This paper reviews the main foreign direct investment industrial structure evolution of Taiwanese investment in mainland China related research and research literature, then focus on analysis, grasp the different periods of Taiwanese investment in major industries and industries in different regions changes compared with trends in the evolution of business structure, combing the introduction of the investment industry, and establish the Taiwan on the mainland direct investment industrial structure evolution theory analysis framework, and then the influence factors of Taiwanese investment in mainland China industry structure evolution empirical analysis, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote Taiwanese investment in supporting better development and other aspects of industrial upgrading, the main conclusions accordingly:
Taiwan choose to follow the vertical intra industry trade, investment industry benchmark, benchmark and industrial structure highly homogeneity combined regional comparative benchmark. The reason of Taiwanese investment in mainland China the evolution of industrial structure are: the industrial structure and investment, policy changes, land resources and industrial development mode change, change, foreign investment policy and between the two sides. From natural resources, market demand, factors affecting the level of technology and institutional arrangement of four aspects of the evolution of Taiwanese investment in the industrial structure.
Taiwanese investment in mainland China industry evolution trend from three aspects of quantity and structure, quality and trends and regional variations can be summarized as the following four points: the manufacturing sector accounted for the continued reduction of accounting services continues to increase, more advanced manufacturing industry internal structure, the internal structure of the service industry tends to high-end, the differences between different regions of the same an industry is obvious.
Method of influence factors of the empirical part using 1995 to 2012 data of Taiwan direct investment in the evolution of the industrial structure by factor analysis and principal component analysis. The results show that the technical level of the mainland, the mainland industry policy environment, alternately, Taiwan area of the ruling party of human capital, the level of capital, infrastructure construction, industrial structure of investment Taiwan area industrial structure changes and other factors on the evolution of Taiwanese influence.
Finally, from the two aspects of Taiwan and the mainland, we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the industrial division of labor and economic cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits and to realize the optimal allocation of the resources of the two regions.
