【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立后，為了在短時(shí)間內(nèi)提高國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力，我國(guó)采取了優(yōu)先發(fā)展工業(yè)、犧牲農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，這在當(dāng)時(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下確實(shí)起到良好的作用，迅速提升了國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)總量，提高了群眾的生活水平。但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，這種城鄉(xiāng)分治的二元結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生了諸多經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)問題，如農(nóng)業(yè)增長(zhǎng)緩慢、城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)、城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距擴(kuò)大等一系列問題。更嚴(yán)重的是與高速發(fā)展的城市經(jīng)濟(jì)相比，，我國(guó)的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展嚴(yán)重滯后，極大的阻礙了我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，增加了社會(huì)不穩(wěn)定因素。 本文以革命老區(qū)龍川縣的縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為研究對(duì)象。第一章緒論主要介紹研究背景、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究動(dòng)態(tài)和本文研究的方法及技術(shù)路線。第二章則從縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的相關(guān)概念、特征與基礎(chǔ)理論入手，介紹了縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)所獨(dú)有的一些特點(diǎn)及在龍川縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中用到基礎(chǔ)理論：區(qū)域分工理論、二元結(jié)構(gòu)、改造傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)理論等相關(guān)理論。第三章著重分析了龍川縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題。主要從龍川縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及龍川縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)與全國(guó)、廣東省、河源市及縣域強(qiáng)鎮(zhèn)增城市在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、財(cái)政收入等方面進(jìn)行比較分析，得出了龍川縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)所存在的主要問題；第四章則是結(jié)合龍川的實(shí)際情況，用SWOT方法祥細(xì)分析了龍川縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)未來(lái)發(fā)展面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、劣勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn)。第五章則在前文綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)龍川縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中所遇到的主要問題，提出了針對(duì)性的解決對(duì)策，如提出了“推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化，建設(shè)生態(tài)型農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系；轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式，構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代生態(tài)工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系；打造大旅游，推動(dòng)特色發(fā)展；統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，提升城鎮(zhèn)化水平”等對(duì)策措施，供龍川及廣東省其他欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)或國(guó)內(nèi)其他類似地區(qū)參考，以期實(shí)現(xiàn)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，農(nóng)民致富、增收。
[Abstract]:After the founding of new China, in order to improve the strength of the national economy in a short period of time, our country has taken the priority to the development of industry, the development strategy of sacrificing agriculture, it has played a good role in the prevailing economic conditions, the rapid increase of the total economy, improve people's living standards. But with the continuous development. The economy for a long time, the structure of two yuan in rural and urban areas of this caused many economic and social problems, such as the slow growth of agriculture, urban and rural development, a series of problems. To expand the urban-rural income gap is more serious compared with the rapid development of the city economy, the development of the county economy in China is seriously lagging behind, which greatly hinder the further development of China's national economy, increasing social instability.
This paper takes the county economy development in old revolutionary base areas in Longchuan County as the research object. The first chapter introduces the research background, significance, research methods and research the dynamic domestic County Economic and technical route. The second chapter from the related concept of the county economy, starting with the characteristics and basic theory, introduces some unique features of the county economy and use the basic theory in Longchuan County Economic Development: the theory of regional division of labor, two yuan structure, theory of the transformation of traditional agriculture theory. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the present situation of Longchuan county economy development and existence. Mainly from the current situation and Longchuan county economy and the economic development of Longchuan County of Guangdong Province, Heyuan city and the strong town of Zengcheng city industrial structure in the development of national economy, fiscal revenue and other aspects of the comparative analysis, the Longchuan county economy in the main To the problem; the fourth chapter is combined with the actual situation of Longchuan, using the method of SWOT Xiangxi analysis facing the future development of Longchuan county economy advantages, opportunities, weaknesses and challenges. In the fifth chapter, based on the previous analysis, the main problems of Longchuan county economic development, put forward some countermeasures, such as put forward to promote the industrialization of agriculture, the construction of ecological agriculture industry system; change the mode of economic development, construction of modern industrial system of eco industry; to build a large tourism, promote the characteristic development; coordinated development of urban and rural areas, improve the level of urbanization and Countermeasures for Guangdong Province, Longchuan and other underdeveloped areas or other domestic similar reference area in order to realize the fast, less developed areas of the county economic development, rich farmers, income.
