【摘要】：在資源有限和環(huán)境承載能力逐漸減弱的大背景下，國內(nèi)外關(guān)于低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的各項(xiàng)研究都如雨后春筍，研究重點(diǎn)主要是低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念，發(fā)展水平的評價方法，提升低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)層次的對策方法，然而在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的可視化評估的平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)方面的研究并不常見。為實(shí)現(xiàn)評估的可視化，提高評估的便捷性、系統(tǒng)性，，科學(xué)性，本文以項(xiàng)目組已有的評價體系為基礎(chǔ)，從評價的功能要求出發(fā)，構(gòu)建可視化平臺的框架結(jié)構(gòu)，為實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的可視化評估提供參考，同時也作為其他可視化平臺實(shí)現(xiàn)的借鑒。 本文在第一部分闡述了課題的選題背景、研究意義、主要內(nèi)容、研究方法的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。在第二部分整合了可視化技術(shù)的定義、分類、特點(diǎn)等相關(guān)理論和應(yīng)用實(shí)例。接著從低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)評估的可視化平臺的功能，結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑三個維度構(gòu)建平臺的框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上借助湖北省的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，利用模糊層次分析法，對湖北省進(jìn)行低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平評估，最后根據(jù)評估結(jié)果提出切實(shí)可行的、針對性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of limited resources and the weakening of environmental carrying capacity, the researches on low-carbon economy are springing up at home and abroad. The research focus is mainly on the concept of low-carbon economy and the evaluation method of development level. The countermeasures to improve the level of low-carbon economy, however, the research on the realization of visual evaluation platform of low-carbon economy is not common. In order to realize the visualization of evaluation, improve the convenience, systematicness and scientific nature of evaluation. Based on the existing evaluation system of the project team and the functional requirements of the evaluation, this paper constructs the framework structure of the visualization platform, which provides a reference for the realization of visual evaluation of low-carbon economy. At the same time, it also serves as a reference for other visual platforms. In the first part, the background, significance, main content and innovation of the research methods are described. In the second part, the definition and classification of visualization technology are integrated. Features and other relevant theory and application examples. Then from the low carbon economic evaluation of the visual platform function, structure, implementation path three dimensions to build the platform framework. On this basis, with the help of Hubei Province related data. The development level of low carbon economy in Hubei Province is evaluated by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, practical and relevant policy recommendations are put forward according to the evaluation results.
