【摘要】：在經濟全球化的大背景下，跨國公司在產業(yè)集聚區(qū)處于核心領導地位，它的嵌入不僅帶動了我國的產業(yè)集聚的形成與發(fā)展，還為我國產業(yè)集聚區(qū)域聯結全球經濟網路起到了橋梁的作用。存在諸多的因素影響這種帶動、推進的作用，比如：嵌入方式、嵌入程度、市場、資源稟賦、以及相關與支持性產業(yè)等因素，導致我國產業(yè)集聚區(qū)域分布極不均衡。所以，加強對產業(yè)集聚尤其是基于跨國公司嵌入的中國產業(yè)集聚的研究已迫在眉睫。 文中除緒論外，，本文共分為四個部分。第二章，相關文獻綜述。第三章，理論分析。闡述跨國公司嵌入對產業(yè)集聚影響的作用機制以及影響因素。第四章，實證分析�？鐕厩度胛覈a業(yè)集聚的現狀分析，并通過我國31個省、市、自治區(qū)27個行業(yè)的指標對產業(yè)集聚現象進行實證檢驗。第五章，結論及政策建議。歸納了整篇文章的所有相關分析結果,證明跨國公司給產業(yè)集聚所帶來的積極促進作用,但是由于各區(qū)域影響因素不同，導致我國產業(yè)集聚存在較大的差距。因此，從宏觀和微觀兩個層次提出相應的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, multinational corporations are in the core leadership position in the industrial agglomeration area, and its embedding not only drives the formation and development of industrial agglomeration in China. It also acts as a bridge for China's industrial agglomeration region to connect the global economic network. There are many factors affecting this kind of driving and promoting role, such as: embedding mode, embedding degree, market, resource endowment. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the research on industrial agglomeration, especially the industrial agglomeration based on multinational corporations in China, because of the unbalanced regional distribution of industrial agglomeration in China. In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into four parts. Chapter two, related literature review. Chapter three, theoretical analysis. Expound the mechanism of transnational corporation embedding on industrial agglomeration and the influencing factors. Chapter 4th. Empirical analysis. Multinational corporations embedded in the status quo of industrial agglomeration in China, and through 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions of 27 industry indicators to empirical test the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration. 5th chapter. Conclusions and policy recommendations. Summarized the entire article of all relevant analysis results, to prove that multinational companies to the positive role of industrial agglomeration, but due to different regional factors. As a result, there is a big gap in industrial agglomeration in China. Therefore, the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward from the macro and micro levels.
