【摘要】：正這些年,一些地方的民間金融和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融活動(dòng)十分活躍,一定程度上彌補(bǔ)了正規(guī)金融體系的不足,滿足了多樣化金融需求,但由于缺乏規(guī)范和透明,也隱含著較大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。過度金融活動(dòng)造成的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)案例時(shí)有發(fā)生。一些人為了追求高額利息,把錢放在不規(guī)范的中介機(jī)構(gòu)或投資于高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的金融工具,導(dǎo)致本息兩空;一些民營企業(yè),有了一定積累后放棄主業(yè),轉(zhuǎn)向金融和房地產(chǎn),攤子鋪得很大,出現(xiàn)資金鏈條斷裂;有些地方不切實(shí)際造新城,搞所謂區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融中心,
[Abstract]:In recent years, private finance and Internet financial activities in some places have been very active, to a certain extent, to make up for the shortcomings of the formal financial system and meet the diversified financial needs, but due to the lack of norms and transparency, there are also great risks. Risk cases caused by excessive financial activities occur from time to time. In order to pursue high interest rates, some people put their money in irregular intermediary institutions or invest in high-risk financial instruments, resulting in empty capital and interest; some private enterprises, after a certain accumulation, give up their main business and turn to finance and real estate, where the stalls are very large and the capital chain breaks; in some places, they build new cities and set up so-called regional economic and financial centers.
