【摘要】：自2003年振興東北老工業(yè)基地政策出臺(tái)以來(lái),黑龍江省金融業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,成果可觀,并為整個(gè)東北地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。但由于區(qū)域金融市場(chǎng)機(jī)制不完善,使得黑龍江金融業(yè)相比較其他地區(qū)而言整體水平偏低。本文立足于經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的背景下,以黑龍江金融業(yè)發(fā)展模式為切入點(diǎn),分析了金融業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了相應(yīng)的建議,為整個(gè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)金融業(yè)的發(fā)展與創(chuàng)新提供借鑒依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since the policy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China was issued in 2003, the financial industry in Heilongjiang Province has developed rapidly and achieved considerable results, and has provided a strong driving force for the economic development of the whole Northeast region. However, due to the imperfect regional financial market mechanism, the overall level of Heilongjiang financial industry is lower than that of other regions. Based on the background of the new normal of economy and taking the development mode of Heilongjiang financial industry as the starting point, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial industry, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions, so as to provide a reference for the development and innovation of the whole regional economic and financial industry.
