【摘要】：在東盟經(jīng)濟一體化的影響下,廣西壯族自治區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟得到快速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)不斷推進。廣西壯族自治區(qū)環(huán)境設(shè)計行業(yè)對專業(yè)化、多樣化人才的需求也日益強烈。而廣西壯族自治區(qū)高校因培養(yǎng)的環(huán)境設(shè)計專業(yè)人才類型雷同,不能滿足市場多層次的人才需求,出現(xiàn)了一邊是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難,一邊是企業(yè)招不到合適人才的現(xiàn)象。文章探討了當(dāng)前廣西壯族自治區(qū)高校環(huán)境設(shè)計專業(yè)本科層次的人才培養(yǎng)模式,從培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置等方面,探索適合廣西壯族自治區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的環(huán)境設(shè)計專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of ASEAN economic integration, the regional economy of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region has been developed rapidly and the construction of urbanization has been promoted. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region environmental design industry for specialization, diversified personnel demand is also increasingly strong. However, due to the same types of environmental design professionals trained in colleges and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, they can not meet the needs of multi-level talents in the market. On the one hand, it is difficult for graduates to find employment, on the other hand, enterprises can not recruit suitable talents. This paper probes into the talent training mode at the undergraduate level of environmental design specialty in colleges and universities of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region at present, and probes into the training mode of environmental design specialty talents suitable for the economic development of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region from the aspects of training objectives and curriculum design.
