【摘要】：隨著遺產(chǎn)旅游的迅速發(fā)展，在商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊下，我國(guó)的世界遺產(chǎn)地正面臨著旅游業(yè)超載和錯(cuò)位開(kāi)發(fā)的嚴(yán)重威脅，景區(qū)內(nèi)“人滿為患”，空中索道、飯店、賓館、度假村等借旅游開(kāi)發(fā)之名紛紛進(jìn)入武夷山，拆除歷史文物，建仿古景觀，以致許多具有歷史文化價(jià)值的名勝古跡遭到破壞，所有一切對(duì)武夷山造成了很大的威脅。武夷山面臨的問(wèn)題是，保護(hù)世界遺產(chǎn)的法制不健全，缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)的管理人才，經(jīng)費(fèi)緊張等；此外，有些地方部門(mén)重申報(bào)、輕管理，重開(kāi)發(fā)，輕保護(hù)。 如何正確有效地協(xié)調(diào)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)利用與旅游開(kāi)發(fā)之間的關(guān)系，一直是許多專(zhuān)家與學(xué)者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。一方面，武夷山世界遺產(chǎn)資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用無(wú)疑能為當(dāng)?shù)芈糜螛I(yè)的發(fā)展注入一針“強(qiáng)心劑”，成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的加速器；但另一方面，頻繁的旅游活動(dòng)對(duì)遺產(chǎn)地造成了形形色色的破壞，傷害遺產(chǎn)事業(yè)和旅游業(yè)本身。武夷山作為世界雙遺產(chǎn)單位，在旅游開(kāi)發(fā)方面的創(chuàng)新型研究，對(duì)于今后我國(guó)世界遺產(chǎn)旅游地的保護(hù)開(kāi)發(fā)，，有一定的借鑒意義。 本文以武夷山為實(shí)證研究案例，借由相關(guān)規(guī)劃與研究成果之文獻(xiàn)資料與實(shí)際調(diào)查，通過(guò)對(duì)該案例進(jìn)行分析和研究，完善武夷山旅游開(kāi)發(fā)研究，希望對(duì)世界遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)性旅游的發(fā)展起到啟示和借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of heritage tourism, under the impact of the commodity economy, China's World Heritage sites are facing the serious threat of overloading and misplaced development of tourism, "overcrowded" in the scenic spots, aerial cableways, hotels, and so on. Resorts have entered Wuyi Mountain in the name of tourism development, dismantled historical relics and built antiquity-like landscape, so many historic sites with historical and cultural value have been destroyed, all of which pose a great threat to Wuyi Mountain. The problem facing Wuyi Mountain is that the legal system for the protection of the world heritage is not sound, professional management personnel are lacking, and funds are tight. In addition, some local departments have reiterated that they should pay more attention to the management, development and protection of the world heritage. How to correctly and effectively coordinate the relationship between heritage protection and utilization and tourism development has always been the focus of many experts and scholars. On the one hand, the exploitation and utilization of the world heritage resources in Wuyi Mountain can undoubtedly inject a "strengthening agent" into the development of local tourism and become the accelerator of regional economic development; But on the other hand, frequent tourism activities have caused various kinds of damage to heritage sites and hurt heritage cause and tourism itself. As a double heritage unit in the world, Wuyi Mountain's innovative research on tourism development has certain reference significance for the protection and development of China's World Heritage tourist destination in the future. This paper takes Wuyi Mountain as an empirical study case, through the relevant planning and research results of the literature and actual investigation, through the analysis and study of the case, improve the Wuyi Mountain tourism development research, It is hoped that it will enlighten and draw lessons from the development of the conservation tourism of the World Heritage.
