【摘要】：TPP的達成對中國是機遇,也是挑戰(zhàn)。一方面TPP對中國經(jīng)濟健康發(fā)展、加快中國深層次改革、推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化具有很好的促進作用;另一方面也會沖擊中國周邊安全架構、削弱中國經(jīng)濟國際競爭力、損害國有企業(yè)發(fā)展。中國必須采取一些應對措施,如積極推進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化、深化國內經(jīng)濟體制改革、加快國內相關政策與產業(yè)結構的調整,等等,以對沖和減弱TPP對我國的沖擊和消極影響。
[Abstract]:The achievement of TPP is both an opportunity and a challenge for China. On the one hand, TPP plays a good role in promoting the healthy development of Chinese economy, speeding up China's deep-level reform and promoting regional economic integration. On the other hand, it will impinge on China's peripheral security structure, weaken the international competitiveness of China's economy and damage the development of state-owned enterprises. China must take some countermeasures, such as actively promoting regional economic integration, deepening the reform of domestic economic system, speeding up the adjustment of relevant domestic policies and industrial structure, and so on, in order to hedge and weaken the impact and negative impact of TPP on China.
