【摘要】：廣東綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力強(qiáng)勁。然而,廣東省內(nèi)各區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差距過大,制約經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文立足廣東省,首先分析廣東當(dāng)前的區(qū)域差異的表現(xiàn),然后在財(cái)稅政策對區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的作用原理基礎(chǔ)上,提出促進(jìn)廣東區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的財(cái)稅政策建議。經(jīng)分析,廣東省的區(qū)域差異表現(xiàn)在區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度、區(qū)際產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面。廣東省可通過調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)移支付、公共投資、稅收優(yōu)惠和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)補(bǔ)貼、政府采購等區(qū)域的財(cái)政稅收政策,調(diào)整整體的資源配置,促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Guangdong comprehensive economic strength is strong. However, Guangdong Province each region economy disparity is too big, restricts the economic development. Based on Guangdong Province, this paper first analyzes the performance of Guangdong's current regional differences, and then, on the basis of the principle of fiscal and taxation policy's action on regional coordinated development, puts forward some suggestions on fiscal and taxation policies to promote Guangdong's regional coordinated development. The analysis shows that the regional differences of Guangdong Province are reflected in the level of interregional economic development, the speed of inter-regional economic development, and the inter-regional industrial structure. Guangdong Province can adjust the overall allocation of resources and promote the coordinated development of the region by adjusting the fiscal and tax policies of the regions such as transfer payment, public investment, tax preference and incentive subsidies, and government procurement.
