【摘要】：衡量高職專業(yè)布局合理與否最直接的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是高職專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)數(shù)量、結(jié)構(gòu)和質(zhì)量與勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求結(jié)構(gòu)的匹配程度。高職專業(yè)布局的形成通常有計(jì)劃主導(dǎo)和市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)兩種主要模式,實(shí)際上卻是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)校辦學(xué)理念和資源、學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)的需求、政策調(diào)控、區(qū)域開放性程度等因素共同作用的結(jié)果。我國(guó)當(dāng)前的專業(yè)布局模式還難以應(yīng)對(duì)供需失衡帶來的結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)和技能人才短缺等問題。文章建議堅(jiān)持學(xué)校自主和政府主導(dǎo)相結(jié)合,推進(jìn)高職專業(yè)布局的動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化;探索產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的專業(yè)設(shè)置和調(diào)整機(jī)制,構(gòu)建高職專業(yè)資源區(qū)域共享機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The most direct criterion to measure the rational layout of higher vocational major is the matching degree between the quantity, structure and quality of talents training and the structure of labor market demand. The formation of professional layout in higher vocational colleges is usually characterized by two main modes: planning and market leading. In fact, it is the level of regional economic and social development and industrial structure, the school running concept and resources, the demand of students and parents, and the policy regulation and control. The result of the joint action of factors such as the degree of regional openness. It is difficult to cope with the structural unemployment and the shortage of skilled personnel caused by the imbalance between supply and demand. The paper suggests that the combination of school autonomy and government leadership should be adhered to promote the dynamic optimization of specialty layout in higher vocational education, to explore the specialty setting and adjustment mechanism of industry-learning cooperation, and to construct the regional sharing mechanism of professional resources in higher vocational education.
