“中四角”核心城市空間相互作用及聯(lián)動(dòng)共建機(jī)制研究

【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化、城市化及全球一體化進(jìn)程的加快,城市間密切的聯(lián)系在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。"中四角"具備天然的地域聯(lián)系,同時(shí)擁有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)、政策保障及便捷的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò),聯(lián)動(dòng)共建基礎(chǔ)堅(jiān)實(shí)。以"中四角"的核心城市作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)區(qū)位熵判斷城市的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè),運(yùn)用城市流強(qiáng)度等指標(biāo)確定四城市的外向程度,并根據(jù)綜合交通可達(dá)性測(cè)度各個(gè)城市的交通發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。研究表明,合肥、武漢、長(zhǎng)沙、南昌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展各有特色,但存在一定的產(chǎn)業(yè)趨同現(xiàn)象;長(zhǎng)沙的外向程度相對(duì)較高;武漢的交通通達(dá)性最佳,而合肥、南昌雖有一定的外向經(jīng)濟(jì)和綜合運(yùn)輸體系,但整體上仍處于"中四角"發(fā)展的末端。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出加強(qiáng)空間聯(lián)系、推動(dòng)"中四角"城市建設(shè)的有效舉措,以期為"中部崛起"的實(shí)施提供實(shí)踐支持。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of industrialization, urbanization and global integration, close ties between cities play an important role in regional economic growth. " With natural regional connection, good economic situation, policy guarantee and convenient transportation network, the cooperation is based on solid foundation. Taking the core city of "middle four corners" as the research object, the paper determines the extroversion degree of the four cities by using the index of city flow intensity and judging the advantage industry of the city through the location entropy. And according to the comprehensive traffic accessibility measure the traffic development of each city. The research shows that the industrial development of Hefei, Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang has its own characteristics, but there is a certain phenomenon of industrial convergence, and Changsha has a relatively high degree of extroversion. Wuhan has the best accessibility, while Hefei and Nanchang have a certain extroverted economy and comprehensive transportation system, but they are still at the end of the development of "middle four corners" as a whole. On this basis, the paper puts forward the effective measures to strengthen the space connection and promote the construction of the "middle four corners" city, in order to provide practical support for the implementation of "the rise of the middle part".
