遼寧省耕地分區(qū)利用及其高標準農(nóng)田建設分區(qū)研究

【摘要】:高標準農(nóng)田建設是保障我國糧食安全的關鍵措施之一,剖析其建設過程中的限制因素對合理安排建設布局的影響就尤為重要。基于對遼寧省耕地地力評價基礎數(shù)據(jù)的分析,本研究構建了包括自然條件、立地條件、土壤管理、耕層理化性狀和耕層養(yǎng)分狀況等5類15項因素的遼寧省耕地分區(qū)利用指標體系,并運用K-means聚類分析法對遼寧省耕地進行了分區(qū),共得到5個Ⅰ級區(qū),10個Ⅱ級區(qū)。此外,考慮到當前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和工程建設的可行性,本研究從中選出3類11項指標作為高標準農(nóng)田建設分區(qū)的限制因素,采用層次分析法確定了各限制因素的權重,利用限制因素組合法和加權求和法確定了各限制因素高、中、低的限制等級,并結合高標準農(nóng)田建設分區(qū)標準將各耕地利用分區(qū)中的高標準農(nóng)田劃分為重點、一般、勉強和不宜建設區(qū)。研究結果表明,遼寧省高標準農(nóng)田建設重點宜放在高限制因素較少的遼寧中部和沿海地區(qū),而建設難度較大的遼寧東部和西部地區(qū)可適當控制高標準農(nóng)田建設的投入,注重生態(tài)屏障的保護。
