【摘要】：在中國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的大背景下,市場經(jīng)濟體制和全球經(jīng)濟一體化在不斷改進。一個國家或一個區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟競爭越來越突出體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力。因此,認為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的決定性因素是工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力。延邊地區(qū)作為邊疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展是第一要務,如何逐步由經(jīng)濟邊緣區(qū)域成為大圖們江區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟核心,延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平將起決定作用,所以,研究延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力水平成為必然。 本文以延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,首先基于國內(nèi)外學者和專家們對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的研究成果,簡略介紹了本文應用的基本理論并界定了相關(guān)概念。根據(jù)歸納區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的基本理論的前提下建立了延邊制造業(yè)競爭力的分析框架。本文根據(jù)延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及延邊、吉林和國家統(tǒng)計年鑒的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)利用比較勞動生產(chǎn)率分析法和偏離-份額分析法對吉林省區(qū)域內(nèi)延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和中國區(qū)域內(nèi)延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進行了實證分析,指出了當今延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的主要問題并提出提升延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的政策建議。 研究結(jié)果表明：雖然近十五年來延邊制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)效益,制造業(yè)總產(chǎn)值和制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面都有了很大的提高,但是延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力與中國和吉林省相比較,產(chǎn)業(yè)效益、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力等反面都較為弱后。經(jīng)過對延邊制造業(yè)的狀況得出,現(xiàn)階段延邊制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),技術(shù)落后等方面的問題。應調(diào)整和優(yōu)化制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高勞動報酬,避免人才流失、加大對高新技術(shù)的投入,提升制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的效益、吸引外商投資,增強制造業(yè)國際化水平。
[Abstract]:Under the background of China's socialist market economy, market economy system and global economic integration are constantly improving. The economic competition of a country or a region is more and more prominent in the industrial competitiveness. Therefore, the decisive factor of regional economic development is industrial competitiveness. Yanbian region is the most important task to realize stability and development in the ethnic minority areas of the frontier. How to gradually become the economic core of the Tumen River region from the economic fringe area, Yanbian manufacturing industry competitiveness level will play a decisive role, so, It is inevitable to study the competitiveness of Yanbian manufacturing industry. This paper takes Yanbian manufacturing industry as the research object. Firstly, based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and experts on industrial competitiveness, this paper briefly introduces the basic theory applied in this paper and defines the related concepts. Based on the basic theory of regional industrial competitiveness, the analysis frame of Yanbian manufacturing competitiveness is established. According to the present situation of Yanbian manufacturing industry and Yanbian, The comparative labor productivity analysis method and the deviation-share analysis method are used to analyze the competitiveness of Yanbian manufacturing industry in Jilin province and Yanbian manufacturing industry in China by using the relevant data of Jilin and national statistical yearbooks. This paper points out the main problems facing the development of Yanbian manufacturing industry and puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Yanbian manufacturing industry. The results show that although Yanbian's manufacturing industry has greatly improved in terms of its industrial efficiency, gross output value and industrial structure in the past 15 years, the competitiveness of Yanbian's manufacturing industry is compared with that of China and Jilin Province. Industrial efficiency, industrial structure and industrial competitiveness are relatively weak. Based on the situation of Yanbian manufacturing industry, it is concluded that there are some problems in the development of Yanbian manufacturing industry, such as industrial structure, backward technology and so on. It is necessary to adjust and optimize the industrial structure of manufacturing industry, raise the labor reward, avoid the brain drain, increase the investment in high and new technology, promote the efficiency of manufacturing industry, attract foreign investment and enhance the international level of manufacturing industry.
