【摘要】：依托高校組建工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院,構(gòu)建深化前瞻性技術(shù)研究和跨領(lǐng)域整合平臺,能夠提供全方位的研發(fā)服務(wù)與商業(yè)顧問服務(wù),在推動地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新資源集聚,加快重大關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)研發(fā)以及推動科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化方面發(fā)揮重要作用。內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院面向區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,以科技創(chuàng)新為引領(lǐng),積極探索集結(jié)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源和創(chuàng)新要素的有效路徑,極大地激發(fā)了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的活力。
[Abstract]:Relying on the establishment of industrial technology research institutes in colleges and universities, building a platform for deepening forward-looking technology research and cross-domain integration, it can provide all-round research and development services and business advisory services, and promote the agglomeration of scientific and technological innovation resources in the region. Accelerating research and development of key common technologies and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements play an important role. Facing the development of regional economy and society, the Inner Mongolia Industrial Technology Research Institute actively explored the effective path of gathering high quality resources and innovation elements, taking scientific and technological innovation as the guide, which greatly stimulated the vitality of regional innovation and entrepreneurship.
