【摘要】：目前,中國處于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展時期,同時也是關(guān)鍵時期。中國經(jīng)濟快速增長模式的諸多條件、內(nèi)部環(huán)境與體系正發(fā)生一系列變化,在新的經(jīng)濟狀態(tài)下,中國要達到經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)型,營造新的競爭優(yōu)勢,對才人提出新的需求。因此,國家的發(fā)展離不開人才,而經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型則是對人才要求的改變。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a period of economic development, but also a critical period. A series of changes are taking place in the internal environment and system of China's rapid economic growth model. Under the new economic conditions, China should achieve the transformation of the mode of economic development, create new competitive advantages, and put forward new demands for people. Therefore, the development of the country can not be separated from talent, and the economic transformation is the change of talent requirements.
