【摘要】：長(zhǎng)春市具有發(fā)展都市農(nóng)業(yè)的客觀(guān)要求、基礎(chǔ)條件和明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),發(fā)展都市農(nóng)業(yè)不僅可以為都市居民提供鮮活、優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品和優(yōu)美的生態(tài)環(huán)境,同時(shí)有利于打破現(xiàn)有的城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的融合與共同繁榮,而且充分發(fā)揮都市農(nóng)業(yè)的技術(shù)示范和輻射作用,對(duì)長(zhǎng)春農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有戰(zhàn)略意義。本文以長(zhǎng)春市雙陽(yáng)區(qū)為研究區(qū)域,采用農(nóng)業(yè)資源區(qū)劃、農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、農(nóng)業(yè)工程學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)、區(qū)位論和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)移理論及土地利用規(guī)劃等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論為指導(dǎo),并結(jié)合相關(guān)的法律、法規(guī)和規(guī)劃報(bào)告探究了都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題。本文一共分為八個(gè)章節(jié),第一章為緒論,第二章介紹了現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念以及應(yīng)用理論。第三章介紹了長(zhǎng)春市雙陽(yáng)地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四章介紹了發(fā)展現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。第五章介紹了長(zhǎng)春市雙陽(yáng)區(qū)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的總體構(gòu)想。第六章介紹了長(zhǎng)春市雙陽(yáng)區(qū)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的布局。第七章,總結(jié)并提出了促進(jìn)長(zhǎng)春市雙陽(yáng)區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。第八章為結(jié)論。研究表明,建設(shè)都市農(nóng)業(yè)需要采取以下保障措施:(一)制定并完善政策配套體系,引導(dǎo)和促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)健康發(fā)展;(二)加大科技支撐體系建設(shè),提高現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)科技含量;(三)加大資金投入,積極推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè);(四)建立完善公平的市場(chǎng)體系;(五)加快信息服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)建設(shè);(六)加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管體系建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Changchun has the objective requirements, basic conditions and obvious advantages for the development of urban agriculture. Adapting to the development trend of modern agriculture, the development of urban agriculture can not only provide urban residents with fresh, high-quality agricultural products and beautiful ecological environment, but also help to break the existing dual economic structure of urban and rural areas. It is of strategic significance to realize the integration and common prosperity of urban and rural economy, and to give full play to the technological demonstration and radiation of urban agriculture. This paper takes Shuangyang District of Changchun City as the research area, adopts agricultural resource regionalization, agricultural regional economic development, agricultural comparative advantage theory, sustainable development, circular economy theory, agricultural engineering, ecology, systems engineering, etc. Under the guidance of location theory, regional economic transfer theory and land use planning theory, and combined with relevant laws, regulations and planning reports, this paper probes into the development of urban agriculture. This paper is divided into eight chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter introduces the related concepts of modern urban agriculture and the applied theory. The third chapter introduces the development of urban agriculture in Shuangyang area of Changchun City. Chapter four introduces the opportunities and challenges of developing modern urban agriculture. Chapter five introduces the overall conception of modern urban agriculture development in Shuangyang District of Changchun City. Chapter six introduces the layout of modern urban agricultural industry development in Shuangyang District, Changchun City. Chapter seven summarizes and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of urban agriculture in Shuangyang District, Changchun City. Chapter 8 is the conclusion. The research shows that the construction of urban agriculture needs the following safeguard measures: (1) to formulate and perfect the policy supporting system, to guide and promote the healthy development of modern urban agriculture; (2) to increase the construction of science and technology support system, To increase the scientific and technological content of modern urban agriculture; (3) to increase the investment of funds, We should actively promote the construction of modern urban agriculture; (4) establish and perfect a fair market system; (5) speed up the construction of information service network system; (6) strengthen the construction of a supervision system for the quality and safety of agricultural products.
