【摘要】：我國(guó)在改革開(kāi)放后，經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展迅速，人民生活水平穩(wěn)步提高。在改革開(kāi)放之初，黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院決定設(shè)立經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)，先行先試，提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平。之后，國(guó)家又設(shè)立了各種開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)，以發(fā)展當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)，其中就包括經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)。經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)作為我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的一種空間布局形式，通過(guò)20多年的實(shí)踐證明，它能夠帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)丶爸苓叺貐^(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。各地方在發(fā)現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)的巨大作用后，興起了建設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)的熱潮，這包括國(guó)家級(jí)、省級(jí)和市級(jí)的各類經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)。 1992年，云南省在昆明市設(shè)立了經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)。2000年，昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)升級(jí)為國(guó)家級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)，之后經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速，成為昆明市乃至云南省的經(jīng)濟(jì)亮點(diǎn)。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，隨著中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織、中國(guó)—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建設(shè)和橋頭堡戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施，昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)又迎來(lái)了新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)時(shí)期。昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)抓住良好的發(fā)展契機(jī)、依托自身所在的地區(qū)、利用各種資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的大發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。但是和東部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)相比，昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)還存在著很大的差距，面臨著很多的問(wèn)題，諸如交通設(shè)施、科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平、區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力等等。 本文從區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新視角出發(fā)，，以昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)為研究載體，在綜述國(guó)內(nèi)外著作文獻(xiàn)的研究基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論和區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論，梳理了昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀特點(diǎn)，并展開(kāi)SWOT分析，力圖剖析歸納昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式，提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議，以期為昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)的發(fā)展提供一種理論視角和實(shí)踐研究。 本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容共分五個(gè)部分： 第一章，緒論。主要介紹論文選題的背景、研究意義、研究思路和框架、研究?jī)?nèi)容以及創(chuàng)新之處。 第二章，闡明國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和與區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)的理論。 第三章，對(duì)昆明經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)的SWOT分析，對(duì)其發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析。 第四章，以實(shí)例來(lái)研究昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式，提出昆明經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)的區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系。 第五章，針對(duì)昆明經(jīng)開(kāi)區(qū)區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的模式研究，對(duì)昆明經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)提高區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提出發(fā)展對(duì)策。 第六章，總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:After China's reform and opening up, the economy and society have developed rapidly, and the people's living standards have steadily improved. At the beginning of reform and opening up, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council decided to set up special economic zones, first to try, and to raise the level of economic development of special economic zones. Later, the state established various development zones to develop local economies, including economic and technological development zones. As a spatial layout form of regional economic development in China, economic and technological development zone has been proved by practice for more than 20 years that it can promote the economic development of local and surrounding areas. After discovering the great role of the economic and technological development zones, various localities have developed a boom in the construction of economic and technological development zones, including various economic and technological development zones at the national, provincial and municipal levels. In 2000, Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone was upgraded to a national level Economic and technological Development Zone, and then the economy developed rapidly, which became the economic highlight of Kunming and even Yunnan Province. In the 21st century, with China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade area and the implementation of bridgehead strategy, Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone has ushered in a new economic growth period. The Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone grasps the good development opportunity, relies on its own region, utilizes various resources, realizes the big development and the sustainable development of the economy. However, compared with the economic and technological development zones in the eastern developed areas, Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone still has a big gap and faces a lot of problems, such as transportation facilities, the level of scientific and technological competitiveness, regional technological innovation ability and so on. In this paper, from the perspective of regional technological innovation, taking Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone as the research carrier, on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign literature, this paper applies the theory of regional economic growth and regional technological innovation. This paper combs the current development characteristics of Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone, develops SWOT analysis, tries to analyze and sum up the technological innovation mode of Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In order to provide a theoretical and practical research for the development of Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone. The research content of this paper is divided into five parts: chapter one, introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background, research significance, research ideas and framework, research content and innovation. The second chapter, expound the domestic and foreign research status and the theory related to regional technological innovation. In the third chapter, the SWOT analysis of Kunming Jingkai District, its development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges are analyzed. The fourth chapter studies the technological innovation model of Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone and puts forward the regional technological innovation system of Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone. In the fifth chapter, aiming at the research on the mode of regional technological innovation in Kunming Jingkai District, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the ability of regional technological innovation in Kunming Economic and technological Development Zone. Chapter six, summary and prospect.
