【摘要】：目前外商直接投資已經(jīng)成為世界各個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體之間相互依賴(lài)、相互聯(lián)系的重要方式之一。自我國(guó)加入WTO以來(lái)，隨著外商直接投資逐步深入，我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)吸引的外商直接投資的比重越來(lái)越大。服務(wù)業(yè)FDI成為外商直接投資的不可或缺的一部分，其產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不容易忽視。 山東省作為我國(guó)外貿(mào)活躍的省份之一，積極發(fā)展服務(wù)業(yè)貿(mào)易尤其在“十一五”期間，取得了顯著成績(jī)。本文就服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資對(duì)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)的影響進(jìn)行研究，主要運(yùn)用定性分析和定量分析的分析方法。通過(guò)定性分析山東省服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的吸收及利用情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)山東省服務(wù)業(yè)FDI存在的問(wèn)題；另一方面，對(duì)山東省服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的直接效應(yīng)及外部效應(yīng)進(jìn)行定量分析。主要包括對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、就業(yè)、進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)這四個(gè)方面影響。通過(guò)建立計(jì)量模型，，發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)業(yè)FDI對(duì)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有推動(dòng)作用，提高山東省吸收利用服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的能力對(duì)于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到舉足輕重的作用。鑒于山東省服務(wù)業(yè)FDI目前存在的問(wèn)題，提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。山東省應(yīng)完善管理服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的體系及相關(guān)法律；加快調(diào)整其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)，提高國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力；加大吸引、培育相關(guān)人才的力度，以此提高山東省服務(wù)業(yè)FDI的強(qiáng)度，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, foreign direct investment (FDI) has become one of the important ways of interdependence and interrelation among the economies in the world. Since China's entry into WTO, with the deepening of foreign direct investment, the proportion of foreign direct investment attracted by our service industry is increasing. FDI in service industry has become an indispensable part of foreign direct investment, and its economic benefits are not easy to ignore. As one of the active foreign trade provinces in China, Shandong Province actively develops service trade, especially during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. Remarkable achievements have been made. This paper studies the impact of FDI in service industry on the economic effects of Shandong Province, mainly using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Through qualitative analysis of FDI absorption and utilization in service industry in Shandong Province, the problems of FDI in service industry in Shandong Province are found. On the other hand, the direct effect and external effect of FDI in service industry on economic development in Shandong Province are analyzed quantitatively. Mainly includes the economic growth, the employment, the import and export trade and the industrial structure these four aspects influence. Through the establishment of econometric model, it is found that FDI in service industry plays an important role in promoting the economic development of Shandong Province, and improving Shandong's ability to absorb and utilize FDI in service industry plays an important role in the development of regional economy. In view of the existing problems of service FDI in Shandong Province, the paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions. Shandong Province should perfect the system and relevant laws of FDI management in the service industry, speed up the adjustment of its internal structure, improve its international competitiveness, increase the attraction and cultivation of relevant talents, so as to enhance the intensity of FDI in the service industry of Shandong Province. And then promote the development of the economy.
