【摘要】：作為我國第一大貿(mào)易方式，加工貿(mào)易在擴大對外貿(mào)易、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、擴大社會就業(yè)和提高人民生活水平等方面起到了重要的促進作用。青島市作為我國沿海開放城市，有效利用其便捷的交通、豐富的自然資源，積極吸引外商投資，不斷交流更新先進的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，使加工貿(mào)易取得了輝煌的成就，不僅增加了青島市的對外貿(mào)易總量、拉動地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，而且對開拓國際市場方面也起到了不可替代的促進作用。然而，隨著經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長，人們對生產(chǎn)、生活和消費的要求越來越高，在生產(chǎn)和消費中產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境影響逐漸超出了自然資源的承受限度，環(huán)境污染問題呈現(xiàn)出日益嚴(yán)重的趨勢。因此，我們在關(guān)注加工貿(mào)易帶動經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速增長的同時也不能忽略對自然環(huán)境造成的影響，如果環(huán)境問題得不到較好的解決，將會嚴(yán)重阻礙我國經(jīng)濟增長與環(huán)境保護之間的協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文通過對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于貿(mào)易與環(huán)境相關(guān)關(guān)系、加工貿(mào)易的環(huán)境效應(yīng)、貿(mào)易與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展途徑等理論的梳理研究，總結(jié)了關(guān)于加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境保護協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)和分析方法。從青島市加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境污染現(xiàn)狀入手，對其發(fā)展歷程以及青島市加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的必要性進行介紹和綜述。通過對現(xiàn)有評價加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境保護協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度的方式方法進行研究比較后，文章選擇以協(xié)同學(xué)與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟相對協(xié)調(diào)度模型為基礎(chǔ),選取青島市加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)各項指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)，檢驗近幾年青島市加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境的協(xié)調(diào)程度變化趨勢；以及在假定加工貿(mào)易系統(tǒng)序參量的系統(tǒng)有序度逐步增加的條件下,近幾年的加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)逐年相比的協(xié)調(diào)程度與變化趨勢。最后得出，青島市加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展程度總體上呈穩(wěn)步上升趨勢,加工貿(mào)易系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)各項指標(biāo)除個別年份略有下降外，整體發(fā)展趨勢強勁。針對青島市加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境的實際情況,結(jié)合本文通過實證分析出的協(xié)調(diào)程度數(shù)據(jù)，，給出了促進青島市加工貿(mào)易與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:As the first trade mode in China, processing trade plays an important role in expanding foreign trade, promoting industrial structure, expanding social employment and improving people's living standard. As an open coastal city in China, Qingdao effectively utilizes its convenient transportation, abundant natural resources, actively attracts foreign investment, continuously exchanges and updates advanced production technology, and makes brilliant achievements in processing trade. It not only increases the total amount of foreign trade in Qingdao and stimulates the development of regional economy, but also plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of international market. However, as the economy continues to grow, people are demanding more and more production, living and consumption, and the environmental impact of production and consumption gradually exceeds the limit of natural resources. The problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, while we are concerned about the sustained and rapid growth of the economy driven by processing trade, we should not lose sight of the impact on the natural environment, if the environmental problem is not solved better. It will seriously hinder the coordinated and sustainable development between economic growth and environmental protection in China. In this paper, the author studies the relationship between trade and environment at home and abroad, the environmental effect of processing trade, the way of coordinated development of trade and environment, and so on. The theoretical basis and analytical methods of coordinated development of processing trade and environmental protection are summarized. Starting with the present situation of processing trade and environmental pollution in Qingdao, this paper introduces and summarizes the development course of processing trade and the necessity of coordinated development of processing trade and environment in Qingdao. After studying and comparing the existing methods of evaluating the degree of coordinated development between processing trade and environmental protection, the paper chooses the model of relative coordination between synergy and regional economy as the basis. The index data of processing trade and environment system in Qingdao are selected to test the change trend of coordination degree between processing trade and environment in Qingdao in recent years, and under the assumption that the systematic order degree of order parameter of processing trade system increases gradually, The coordination degree and changing trend of processing trade and environment system are compared year by year in recent years. Finally, it is concluded that the degree of coordinated development of processing trade and environment in Qingdao shows a steady upward trend on the whole, and the indexes of processing trade system and environmental system decrease slightly except in some years, and the overall development trend is strong. According to the actual situation of processing trade and environment in Qingdao, the countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of processing trade and environment in Qingdao are put forward according to the coordination degree data of this paper.
