【摘要】:高速公路走廊是一種新型的區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu),是交通走廊的形式之一,是以高速公路配套公路等線狀運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)為軸線,以大中城市及城市群為依托的帶狀區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)[1]城市發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿κ菫槠渫獾膮^(qū)域提供產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),因此城市聯(lián)系是城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求和必要條件,而這必須以發(fā)達(dá)的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)和現(xiàn)代化的通訊設(shè)施等條件為支撐[2]高速公路作為高速公路走廊的基本軸線,,具有通行能力大,運(yùn)行速度快,靈活快捷等運(yùn)輸優(yōu)點(diǎn),能夠承接城市間的客貨運(yùn)輸聯(lián)系產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)系等,加強(qiáng)城市間聯(lián)系,在城市區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)重組過程中能有效發(fā)揮集聚與擴(kuò)散作用,推動(dòng)著區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及其空間結(jié)構(gòu)的演變,同時(shí)能夠?qū)?jié)點(diǎn)城市的功能進(jìn)行有效協(xié)調(diào)與整合[3] 長江三角洲是世界六大城市群之一,以上海為中心,城市分布密集,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá),綜合實(shí)力強(qiáng),對(duì)交通尤其是高速公路的需求較大本文以長三角地區(qū)的滬寧—滬杭—杭甬高速公路組成的寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)高速公路交通走廊的通道效應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射效應(yīng)以及高速公路互通立交的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn),選取最短時(shí)間距離社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合值以及雷仲敏提出的30分鐘到達(dá)高速公路出入口[4]這三個(gè)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用Arcgis spss軟件進(jìn)行疊加測(cè)算,探討寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊的空間范圍;并利用位序—規(guī)模法則分形理論研究寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊城市間的規(guī)模格局;最后通過引力模型和隸屬度研究寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊城市聯(lián)系強(qiáng)度與方向 本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊共有29個(gè)縣級(jí)行政單位,包括10個(gè)地級(jí)市市轄區(qū)16個(gè)縣級(jí)市以及3個(gè)縣,走廊面積為3.96萬平方千米,占整個(gè)長三角面積的18.79%,雖然寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊面積在整個(gè)長三角地區(qū)比重較小,但是集中了長三角地區(qū)60.61%的GDP產(chǎn)值,44.67%的人口,55.32%的固定資產(chǎn)投資額以及63.39%的工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值,且人均GDP要高于長三角平均水平,具有很強(qiáng)的集聚效應(yīng) 寧滬杭甬高速走廊區(qū)域城市規(guī)模以中等城市為主,小城市數(shù)量較少,非農(nóng)人口超過百萬的特大城市超大城市有7個(gè)首位城市上海的壟斷地位仍然十分突出,在經(jīng)濟(jì)金融貿(mào)易交通科技等方面優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊城市規(guī)模均衡性距離理想值仍然存在一定的差距 寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊29個(gè)縣級(jí)行政單位按中心性可以劃分為五個(gè)等級(jí),上海為第一中心城市,南京杭州為第二中心城市,無錫蘇州寧波常州為第三中心城市,吳江昆山江陰常熟鎮(zhèn)江為第四中心城市,剩下的17個(gè)城市為第五中心城市寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊城市經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力主要集中在一二三級(jí)中心城市,對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射能力較強(qiáng),而四五級(jí)中心城市經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力較弱,對(duì)外依附性較強(qiáng),尤其是對(duì)一二級(jí)中心城市的依賴性較大 寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊區(qū)域城市相互作用地域分異明顯,上海的城市作用強(qiáng)度最大,二級(jí)城市中的杭州南京的對(duì)外輻射強(qiáng)度相對(duì)較弱,經(jīng)濟(jì)影響力遠(yuǎn)小于上海寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊范圍內(nèi)浙江省的整體城市吸引力不如江蘇省寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊城市聯(lián)系方向主要都是以滬寧—滬杭—杭甬高速公路呈Z字型軸線擴(kuò)展,主要有兩條,一是以上海為中心,呈放射狀同心圓式擴(kuò)展,在整個(gè)走廊區(qū)域居主要地位;二是以杭州蘇州無錫為次級(jí)中心總的來說,寧滬杭甬高速公路走廊城市聯(lián)系主要集中在走廊的中間部分,即滬寧高速公路的常州—上海段,滬杭高速公路的全部以及杭甬高速公路的杭州—紹興段,受上海的經(jīng)濟(jì)輻射吸引作用較強(qiáng),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平高;而位于走廊兩端的城市—南京和寧波則城市引力值較弱,尤其是南京作為二級(jí)中心城市和省會(huì)城市,其較弱的城市引力會(huì)減緩它經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的速度
[Abstract]:The expressway corridor is a new type of regional space structure, one of the forms of the traffic corridor, the axis of the linear transportation network such as the highway supporting highway, the belt regional economic system based on the large and middle cities and the urban agglomeration, the main motive force of the development of the [1] city is to provide the products and services for the other regions. It is an inherent requirement and necessary condition for the development of the city's economy, and this must support the [2] highway as the basic axis of the Highway Corridor with the developed traffic network and modern communication facilities. It has the advantages of large capacity, fast running speed, flexible and fast transportation and transportation, and can carry on the transportation contact between the city and the goods. In the process of urban regional spatial restructuring, it can effectively play the role of agglomeration and diffusion, promote the development of the regional social economy and the evolution of its spatial structure, and can effectively coordinate and integrate the function of the node city in the process of urban regional spatial restructuring, and can effectively coordinate and integrate the functions of the node city [3].
The Yangtze River Delta is one of the six largest urban agglomeration in the world, with Shanghai as the center, the city is densely distributed, the economy is developed, the comprehensive strength is strong. The channel effect economic radiation effect of the traffic corridor and the running characteristics of the interchange on the expressway, select the shortest time distance from the social economic comprehensive value and Lei Zhongmin's 30 minute arrival of the three indexes of the highway exit and exit [4], and use the Arcgis SPSS software to carry out superposition calculation to discuss the corridor space of Nanjing Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway. With the fractal theory of the order scale rule, the scale pattern of the corridor between Nanjing - Shanghai - Hangzhou - Ningbo Expressway is studied. Finally, the link intensity and direction of the Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway corridor city are studied by the gravitational model and the degree of membership.
The study found that there are 29 county administrative units in Nanjing - Shanghai - Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway corridor, including 10 prefectural and municipal districts, 16 County cities and 3 counties. The corridor area is 39 thousand and 600 square kilometers, accounting for 18.79% of the area of the Yangtze River Delta. Although the specific proportion of the Ningbo Ningbo Expressway corridor area is smaller in the Yangtze River Delta area, it is concentrated. The GDP output value of 60.61% in the Yangtze River Delta region, 44.67% of the population, 55.32% of the fixed assets investment and 63.39% of the total industrial output value, and the per capita GDP are higher than the average of the Yangtze River Delta, and have a strong agglomeration effect.

The 29 county-level administrative units of the Ninghu Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway corridor can be divided into five grades according to the centrality, Shanghai is the first center city, Hangzhou in Nanjing is the second center city, Wuxi Suzhou Ningbo Changzhou is third center city, Wujiang Kunshan Jiangyin Changshu Zhenjiang is fourth Center City, and the remaining 17 cities are fifth center city Ningxia The economic influence of the corridor city of Shanghai Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway is mainly concentrated in the 123 level central city, and the external economic radiation ability is strong, but the economic influence of the four or five level central cities is weak, and the external dependence is strong, especially the dependence on the one or two level Central Cities is larger.
The regional interaction region of the Ninghu Hangzhou Expressway corridor region is distinct, Shanghai's urban function is the strongest, the Hangzhou Nanjing's external radiation intensity is relatively weak in the two grade city, and the economic influence is far less than that of Zhejiang province in Shanghai Ningbo Ningbo Expressway, and the overall city attraction of Zhejiang Province is not as good as Jiangsu and Hangzhou. The link direction of the corridor city of Yong expressway is mainly based on the Shanghai Nanjing - Shanghai Hangzhou - Hangzhou Expressway, which is extended by the Z - shaped axis, with two main lines, one is Shanghai as the center, the radial expansion of concentric circle, the main position in the whole corridor area, and the two is the Nanjing Suzhou Wuxi as the secondary center, Ninghu Hangzhou Ningbo high speed The links between the corridor and the corridor are mainly concentrated in the middle part of the corridor, namely the Changzhou Shanghai section of Shanghai Nanjing Expressway, the Shanghai Hangzhou Expressway and the Hangzhou Shaoxing section of Hangzhou Ningbo Expressway, which are strongly attracted by the economic radiation of Shanghai, and the economic development level is high; and the cities in the corridor at both ends of the corridor are Nanjing and Ningbo city. The city's gravitational value is weak, especially in Nanjing as the two level central city and provincial capital city, its weaker city attraction will slow down its economic growth rate.
