中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)研究

【摘要】:馬鈴薯具有生產(chǎn)上的豐產(chǎn)性、生態(tài)上的適應(yīng)性、經(jīng)濟(jì)上的高效益、營(yíng)養(yǎng)上的豐富價(jià)值因而受到世界的關(guān)注,是重要的宜糧、宜菜、宜飼和宜做工業(yè)原料等具有多種用途的糧食和經(jīng)濟(jì)作物。其在糧食安全戰(zhàn)略中位置凸顯,聯(lián)合國(guó)已將馬鈴薯納入全球糧食系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)其在世界糧食安全和減輕貧困方面的重大作用。中國(guó)作為世界上生產(chǎn)馬鈴薯第一大國(guó),馬鈴薯貿(mào)易在一定程度上關(guān)系到世界糧食安全,通過出口貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)越來越明顯。中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立推動(dòng)了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化,中國(guó)-東盟農(nóng)業(yè)合作進(jìn)程加快.雙邊農(nóng)業(yè)合作具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢(shì),中國(guó)馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨較大商機(jī),中國(guó)-東盟馬鈴薯貿(mào)易空間及發(fā)展?jié)摿薮蟆?本文以中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)作為研究對(duì)象,在搜集大量文獻(xiàn)和數(shù)據(jù)資料的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)需求、出口的定性及定量的綜合研究。首先站在市場(chǎng)供求的角度上對(duì)東盟各國(guó)對(duì)馬鈴薯的供應(yīng)和需求以及東盟各國(guó)馬鈴薯進(jìn)口結(jié)構(gòu)分析進(jìn)行分析,以奠定中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)的背景和基礎(chǔ)。其次對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)東盟馬鈴薯出口進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性分析,包括中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)概況、中國(guó)馬鈴薯的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析,貿(mào)易額變動(dòng)因素;再次基于面板數(shù)據(jù)的多元回歸模型對(duì)影響中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)的主要因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。最后,,提出中國(guó)馬鈴薯提高對(duì)東盟市場(chǎng)出口貿(mào)易的相關(guān)建議。 本文可以得出以下結(jié)論:中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)貿(mào)易額增長(zhǎng)迅速;東盟十國(guó)在中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口市場(chǎng)占有重要地位,貿(mào)易額占中國(guó)總出口的一半以上;中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)以未加工的鮮或冷藏馬鈴薯為主,加工產(chǎn)品比列比例很少;中國(guó)馬鈴薯在東盟市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格和質(zhì)量競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力處于中等水平,而且市場(chǎng)份額有待提升;需求效應(yīng)對(duì)馬鈴薯出口額拉動(dòng)作用增強(qiáng),結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)由負(fù)轉(zhuǎn)正,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力效應(yīng)由較大的促進(jìn)效應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)為較大的阻礙作用;在影響中國(guó)馬鈴薯出口東盟市場(chǎng)的顯著因素中人口數(shù)量、市場(chǎng)份額、人均消費(fèi)量具有積極的正作用、而種植馬鈴薯的面積和人均GDP表現(xiàn)為負(fù)作用。
[Abstract]:Potato has high yield, ecological adaptability, high economic benefit and rich nutrition value. It is an important food and vegetable. Suitable forage and suitable for industrial raw materials and other food and cash crops with many uses. Its position in the food security strategy has been highlighted by the United Nations, which has integrated potatoes into the global food system, strengthening its vital role in world food security and poverty alleviation. As the largest potato producer in the world, China's potato trade to a certain extent relates to world food security, and the trade effect created by export trade is becoming more and more obvious. The establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area promoted regional economic integration and accelerated the process of agricultural cooperation between China and ASEAN. The bilateral agricultural cooperation has the unique advantage, the Chinese potato industry faces the big opportunity, the China-ASEAN potato trade space and the development potential is huge. On the basis of collecting a great deal of literature and data, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the market supply demand, export and quantity of potato export to ASEAN market. Firstly, from the point of view of market supply and demand, the paper analyzes the supply and demand of potato in ASEAN countries and the structure of potato import in ASEAN countries, in order to lay the background and foundation of Chinese potato export to ASEAN market. Secondly, it makes a systematic analysis of China's potato exports to ASEAN, including the general situation of Chinese potato exports to ASEAN market, the competitiveness analysis of Chinese potatoes, and the changing factors of trade volume. Thirdly, based on panel data, the paper makes an empirical study on the main factors that affect the market of Chinese potato export to ASEAN. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to increase the export trade of Chinese potato to ASEAN. This paper draws the following conclusions: the trade volume of China's potato export to ASEAN market is growing rapidly, the ten ASEAN countries occupy an important position in China's potato export market, and the trade volume accounts for more than half of China's total exports; Chinese potato exports to ASEAN market are mainly raw fresh or refrigerated potatoes, the ratio of processed products is very small, the price and quality competitiveness of Chinese potato in ASEAN market is in the medium level, and the market share needs to be improved. The demand effect on potato export increased, the structure effect changed from negative to positive, and the competitiveness effect changed from the larger promoting effect to the larger hindrance effect, and the population number among the significant factors affecting the export of Chinese potato to ASEAN market. Market share, per capita consumption had positive effects, while potato area and GDP per capita had negative effects.
